2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a Fresnel lens for a projection screen such as a television, a circular Fresnel lens in which concentric lenses are concentrically formed using a relatively thick sheet that is self-supporting is mainly formed by hot pressing. Molding was performed by using a mold using a UV curable resin. In recent years, a thin lens sheet has been used to reduce deterioration of image quality due to optical loss of the lens,
Due to the demand for continuous production to improve productivity, we have developed a linear Fresnel lens that is formed by arranging lenses in a straight line in parallel.
Those formed on a thin film have come to be proposed. Since the linear Fresnel lens has a linear shape, the UV-curable resin is transferred to a predetermined shape on a continuous thin film by a machine applying a gravure printing machine, A method such as an ultraviolet curing method has been adopted in which the linear Fresnel lens is formed by being cured by. When the linear Fresnel lens film produced in this manner is used for a projection screen, the stretching and supporting method includes a rigid plate, for example, a first method of tying the film to a lenticular lens sheet, a film itself or a frame. A second method of stretching while supporting it on a support such as a cabinet is known,
The second method is superior in terms of thinning the lens sheet and productivity. However, in the case of the second method in which the film itself is stretched while being supported by a support such as a frame or cabinet, it is difficult to secure it securely, and tension is applied to the film without causing wrinkles. It was difficult to continue, and fixing required a lot of tricks. That is, in this second method, it is required to constantly apply tension to the lens film and to easily hold the entire lens film so that wrinkles and slack are not generated. It was For this purpose, first of all, a holding jig capable of securely fixing the lens film was required.

As described above, for a thin linear Fresnel lens film which is continuously produced for a projection screen and has no self-supporting property, when the film itself is stretched on a frame or the like, or a cabinet or the like is used. When the film is stretched while being directly supported by a support, firstly, there has been a demand for a holding jig which can surely fix the film and does not require any tips for fixing. Under the circumstances, the present invention is capable of securely fixing to a film, such as a linear Fresnel lens film continuously produced for a projection screen, a sheet with a relatively simple structure, and An object of the present invention is to provide a holding jig that does not require any tips, and at the same time, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for supporting the spreading of films and sheets using the holding jig.

The procedure for laminating and holding the two linear Fresnel lens films 161 and 162 as shown in FIG. 2 using the holding jig 100 of this embodiment will be described below. First, two linear Fresnel lens films are attached to each other to form a set of lens sheets 160, and alignment is performed on the second member 120. The alignment is performed by aligning the end of the lens sheet held by the stopper 150. After the alignment, a hole is made in advance at a predetermined position of the lens sheet 160 so that the convex protrusion 141 does not hit the lens sheet with a small diameter drill or the like. After that, the first member 110 is placed on top, and the convex 131 is pushed into the concave 132 by a press or the like to be a fitting portion. At the same time, the first member 110 and the second member 1
The lens sheet is sandwiched in the gap 135 formed by 20. When the convex portion 131 fits into the concave portion 132, the convex protrusion 141 passes through the hole of the lens sheet held in the gap 135, penetrates the through hole 142, and the tip portion 1
The lens sheet is fixed in a state in which 42 does not get caught in the through hole 142 portion and does not come off. In the above, the convex protrusion 1
When the tip portion 141A of 41 is a wedge-shaped blade or needle capable of piercing the lens sheet, the step of making a hole after alignment can be omitted.
