Claims (26)
- 1.赤外吸収測定技術により、少なくとも1%の脂肪、少なくとも1%の溶解ラ クトース、及び少なくとも1%のタンパク質を含む乳サンプル中の0−0.1% の濃度レンジ内の尿素の濃度を、予報の標準誤差として表される0.007%よ りもよい正確さをもって、測定する方法であって、以下の: (a)乳サンプルの1000cm−1(10.0μm)から4000cm−1(
- 2.50μm)までの赤外照射ウェーブバンド内で吸収を測定し、少なくとも1 の測定を尿素が吸収する1000cm−1(10.0μm)から1800cm− 1(5.56μm)までのウェーブバンド内で行い、少なくとも1の測定を脂肪 が吸収するウェーブバンド内で行い、少なくとも1の測定をラクトースを吸収す るウェーブバンド内で行い、そして少なくとも1の測定をタンパク質が吸収する ウェーブバンド内で行い;(b)尿素が吸収するウェーブバンド内での脂肪、ラ クトース、及びタンパク質からの寄与を、上記の吸収測定及び多変量換算により 確立された前もって決定されたパラメーターに基づき、測定し、そして (c)尿素が吸収するウェーブバンド内の吸収に基づき並びにそのウェーブバン ド内での脂肪、ラクトース、及びタンパク質からの測定された寄与に基づき、上 記サンプル中の尿素の濃度を定量的に評価すること、 を含んで成る方法。 2.多変量換算により確立された前測定パラメーターを、既知濃度の尿素を含む 乳サンプル又は既知濃度の尿素が添加された乳サンプルを使用して得る、請求項 1に記載の方法。
- 3.1以上の測定を、尿素、脂肪、ラクトース、及びタンパク質が吸収するウェ ーブバンド内で行う、請求1又は2に記載の方法。
- 4.尿素に加えて、脂肪、ラクトース、及びタンパク質の成分の濃度をも計算( 予報)し、それぞれの測定が、問題の成分が吸収するところのウェーブバンド内 での少なくとも1の測定に基づいているような先の請求項のいずれかに記載の方 法。
- 5.多変量換算を、既知濃度の尿素、脂肪、ラクトース、及びタンパク質を含む 乳サンプル、及び/又は既知濃度の尿素、脂肪、ラクトース、及び/又はタンパ ク質が添加された乳サンプル、及び/又は修飾された物理的条件(温度、均質化 の程度)を、使用して行う、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 6.多変量換算を少なくとも4の乳サンプルを使用して行う、先の請求項のいず れかに記載の方法。
- 7.多変量換算を少なくとも8の乳サンプルを使用して行う、請求項6に記載の 方法。
- 8.多変量換算を少なくとも12の乳サンプルを使用して行う、請求項7に記載 の方法。
- 9.多変量換算を少なくとも18の乳サンプルを使用して行う、請求項8に記載 の方法。
- 10.多変量換算を少なくとも25の乳サンプルを使用して行う、請求項9に記 載の方法。
- 11.予報の標準誤差(SEP)が0.005%よりもよい、先の請求項のいず れかに記載の方法。
- 12.予報の標準誤差(SEP)が0.004%よりもよい、請求項11に記載 の方法。
- 13.尿素の測定を行う領域が1100cm−1(9.09μm)〜1800c m−1(5.56μm)の領域である、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 14.尿素の測定を行う領域が1400cm−1(7.14μm)〜1500c m−1(6.67μm)の領域である、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 15.尿素の測定を行う領域が1500cm−1(6.67μm)〜1800c m−1(5.56μm)の領域である、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法 。
- 16.尿素の測定を行う領域が1100cm−1(9.09μm)〜1200c m−1(8.33μm)の領域である、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法 。
- 17.吸収測定を光学フィルターにより定められたウェーブバンド内で行う、先 の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 18.吸収測定を、静止した回折格子及び可動性及び/若しくは多数の検出装置 により又は可動性の回折格子及び1以上の静止した若しくは可動性の検出装置に より定められたウェーブバンド内で行う、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の方 法。
- 19.吸収測定を、干渉計を使用して広いスペクトル・レンジにわたり行い、そ してその干渉計から得たデータをフーリエ変換を使用して処理する、請求項1〜 16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 20.吸収測定を、ATR技術を使用して行う、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の 方法。
- 21.吸収測定を、透過技術を使用して行う、請求項1〜19のいずれかにに記 載の方法。
- 22.赤外光が乳サンプルを含むキュベットを通して透過され、そのキュベット の経路長が長くとも200μmである、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 23.赤外光が乳サンプルを含むキュベットを通して透過され、そのキュベット の経路長が長くとも50μmである、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 24.多変量換算が、部分最小二乗法、主要成分回帰、多線型回帰、及び人工神 経ネットワーク学習から成る群から選ばれる、先の請求項のいずれかに記載の方 法。
- 25.乳サンプル中の脂肪球のいずれも、大きくとも3μmの平均直径をもつ、 先の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 26.尿素測定に対する影響についての補正を、さらに、1以上の以下の成分: クエン酸、遊艇脂肪酸、抗生物質、リン酸塩、体細胞、バクテリア、保存剤及び カゼインについて、それぞれの成分についてその成分が吸収するところのウェー ブバンド内の赤外吸収を行うことにより行い、その補正を、それについて補正を 行うべきすべての成分についてその成分が吸収するところのウェーブバンド内で 行った測定からの結果を組み合わせることによる多変量換算に基づいて行う、先 の請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
