Description
Claims (10)
- 1.複数の屈曲部に分かれる複数のほぼ直線的なワイヤ部分を有するように細長 いジグザグ形状に曲げられたワイヤであって、前記ジグザグ形状は、前記複数の 屈曲部の大部分が前記螺旋内に配置されるように管形状を形成するために中央軸 の周りに螺旋状に巻かれているワイヤと、前記螺旋の隣接する屈曲部を相互に接 続する接続装置とを有する自己拡張型ステントであって、 前記ステントは、前記直線ワイヤ部分及び前記屈曲部が前記中央軸線の周りにき つく重なるように半径方向に圧縮された状態を有し、それによって、前記圧縮状 態から開放されたときに、弾性的に自己拡張して前記管形状をとるようになって いる自己拡張型ステント。
- 2.相互接続する前記接続装置は、フィラメントであり、前記フィラメントは、 前記ステントが所定の管形状を越えて拡張することを防止する請求項1に記載の 自己拡張型ステント。
- 3.前記ステントは2つの端部を有し、各前記端部は、複数の端部の屈曲部によ って形成されており、前記端部は、フィラメントによって相互に接続されている 請求項2に記載の自己拡張ステント。
- 4.前記複数の屈曲部は、アイ部分を含み、前記フィラメントは、各前記アイ部 分に接続されている請求項3に記載の自己拡張型ステント。
- 5.前記少なくとも2つのアイ部分は閉鎖されている請求項4に記載の自己拡張 型ステント。
- 6.前記ワイヤは、各々が閉鎖アイ部分を形成するように形成された第1と第2 の端部を有し、前記第1と第2の端部は、前記螺旋内に配置され、前記螺旋の前 記屈曲部に隣接した2つに相互に接続されている請求項5に記載の自己拡張型ス テント。
- 7.前記ワイヤは、第1及び第2の端部を有し、各々は、前記複数の直線ワイヤ 部分の異なる一つにはんだづけされる請求項2に記載の自己拡張型ステント。
- 8.前記管形状は、前記長さに沿って変化する長さ及び直径を形成する請求項1 に記載の自己拡張型ステント。
- 9.前記ステントに取り付けられ、両端が開放した可撓性スリーブとを有する請 求項1記載の自己拡張型ステント。
- 10.前記螺旋内に配置された前記屈曲部は、傾斜部を形成し、各前記角度の半 円は、前記中央軸線にほぼ平行である請求項1に記載の自己拡張型ステント。
