のものより弱く、またコストも高く、さらに内装材本体
1との接着も難しという問題がある。またこの問題をな
くすために雄実状裏棧2や雌実状裏棧3を木製とし、雄
実状裏棧2の目地として露出する部分に無機質系の不燃
性ピース材を貼ることも考えられるが、このような不燃
性ピース材を用いると、厚みが厚く、また雄実状裏棧2
との接着が容易でなく、さらに目地部に貼るという性格
上幅が細くて長いため取り扱い時に折れやすく、さらに
表面に化粧がしにくいという問題がある。また他の従来
例として例えば実公昭59−20493号公報には、内装材の
目地部の木桟の裏面に耐火性を有する金属板を接着した

理単板を貼着したものであるため、厚みを薄くできると
共に薄くて細長くても強度があるものであり、またこの
準不燃ピース材の表面は難燃処理単板であり、内部のア
スベストシートが難燃処理単板によって封止され、準不
燃ピース材による不燃効果を長期に亘って維持でき、難
燃性能を要求される部位に最適に採用することができる
ものであり、また準不燃ピース材の表面が単板であるた
め雄実状裏棧との接着や表面化粧も容易にできるもので
あり、さらに釘を打入しても割れたりしなくて釘による
固定もできるものであり、その結果、内装材本体の目地
部は準不燃ピース材によって不燃の構造となり、しかも
この準不燃ピース材と木製の雄実状裏棧の接着容易性、
及び準不燃ピース材と表面化粧シートとの接着容易性が
得られ、さらに準不燃ピース材の表面化粧によって目地
部の仕上がり外観が良好になるという効果を奏すること
