【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 絶縁性材料からなる中空の巻軸の両端に
絶縁性材料からなる鍔が取り付けられたボビンの巻軸に
巻線を施し、空芯コイル中間組立体を形成し、この空芯
コイル中間組立体を2個、それぞれの鍔部の側方の接合
面と接合面を接合し、2個のコイルが一体に固定された
状態の空芯コイルを形成し、この空芯コイルの巻軸の内
側に、磁芯を挿入して、2個の空芯コイル中間組立体を
つなぐ磁路を形成したコイルにおいて、一方の空芯コイ
ル中間組立体の鍔の接合面には、その内側または外側の
部分を外周方向に延在させた係止片を設け、他方の空芯
コイル中間組立体の鍔の接合面には、前記係止片に対応
する位置に、前記係止片の大きさに等しい大きさの切り
欠き状の係止段部を設け、この係止段部に係止片を組み
付けたとき、互いに向き合う組合せ面の中央に、互いに
嵌め合いとなる大きさの係止突起と係止凹部を設け、前
記係止段部と前記係止片が組み合わせられたとき、それ
ぞれの組合せ面に設けられた係止凹部に、係止突起が圧
入されるように、係止段部と係止片を組合せ、2個の空
芯コイル中間組立体を一体に接続固定した構造の空芯コ
イルを用いた事を特徴とするコイル。
