Description of the Related Art Generally, as means for protecting the surface of a decorative substrate for building materials, improving the design, and imparting an aesthetic appearance, a transparent resin film such as an acrylic resin, vinyl chloride resin, polypropylene, or the like, or an acrylic resin or vinyl chloride resin is used. -Le-based, urethane-based,
It is known that a transparent coating film is formed by applying a transparent resin paint such as unsaturated polyester.

It is difficult to obtain uniform film quality. In addition, if the amount of filler is increased or a large filler is mixed for the purpose of significantly increasing the strength peculiar to the resin, coating and dispersion become more difficult. Such a method is not useful for improving the strength inherent to the transparent resin forming the film surface.

Some also form a surface. In this case, the strength peculiar to the transparent resin can be increased, but it is naturally impossible to arrange the exposed vertices of the bead in exactly the same manner. The use of the function of diversion and the change in appearance design are limited.

Similarly, after the glass beads are first adhered to the adhesive sheet, the glass bead surface is pressure-fixed and fixed to the surface of the substrate coated with the adhesive fixing resin, and then the adhesive sheet is removed to remove the glass beads. -Proposal and implementation of exposed surfaces have been proposed and implemented, which is useful for improving coating strength, but there are many points to be solved from the viewpoint of manufacturing process and economical efficiency. The peaks of the ridges were not exactly lined up at the same height to form a fixed continuous surface, so the maximum strength could not be secured, and there were various restrictions on post-workability.

It is possible to finish the appearance from to the fine uneven surface. Furthermore, it is a manufacturing method for obtaining a transparent film that provides a decorative plate for building materials that has a relatively thin film with excellent quality strength and contributes to design improvement by reducing the amount of paint used and realizing economic efficiency. .

The surface of the liquid curable resin coating before curing is applied by applying the transparent liquid curable resin coating almost uniformly on the surface of the decorative substrate for building materials that has been designed by direct printing, printing paper pasting, printing film pasting, coloring painting, etc. In the transparent inorganic solid glass beads having a diameter in the range of 0.05 to 0.3 mm, the lower part is embedded with a glass bead having a diameter difference range of about 10% both in size and around the arbitrary diameter. Are abutted in the state of being adhered, and substantially abutted or brought into contact with each other to be adhered. After that, the surface with a smoother surface than the top surface is pressed uniformly, and the vertices of all glass beads are against the surface of the decorative substrate for building materials.

The surface of the liquid curable resin coating material that is extruded and raised from the gaps is flattened by blowing hot air for a short time and then cured, and the glass beads are fixedly adhered. After that, the transparent liquid curable resin coating is applied almost evenly on the entire surface of the glass beads where the top of the bead is exposed and fixed, and then cured.
A transparent resin film is formed. A method of forming a transparent film having one layer of transparent glass beads in which the tops are arranged at the same height is formed on the substantially transparent curable resin layer.

効果的である。According to the method for producing a transparent film of the present invention, all the vertices are parallel to the surface of the decorative substrate for building material even when the transparent resin film layer is used in combination with transparent glass beads having slightly different diameters. It is possible to form one layer in a state in which a myriad of closely adjacent rows are formed at the same height. Accurate fixation of virtually all glass bead vertices to the same height results in even loading of all the glass bead vertices in the parts subjected to various loads from the outside, and enables maximum strength. It achieves high strength that is not comparable to surface structures with different peak heights.
It is also very effective in the process of post-coating a transparent resin film on the surface of the glass bead layer in accordance with design improvement such as smooth surface and uniform uneven surface.

The figure is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part in the order of processing steps. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 1, a transparent liquid curable resin 2 paint having an appropriate holding viscosity is applied to the surface of a decorative substrate 1 for building material having a design layer 1a on its surface by using a roll coater or the like. And approximately evenly apply it to a thickness of about 20% or 30% of the glass bead diameter length used in the next step.

Among the transparent inorganic solid glass beads having a diameter of 0.3 mm, a glass bead 3 having a diameter difference range of about 10% both in size and size around a product having an arbitrary diameter is provided with a transparent liquid curable resin 2 paint. Before being hardened, it is brought into contact with the surface when it is in a liquid state, a part of the lower part is embedded, and it is adhered in a state of substantially abutting or adjoining. Next, the one having a smoother flat surface than that of the upper part, for example, a press plate or a press roll is used to uniformly press the lower part of the glass bead 3 into the uncured transparent liquid curable resin 2 paint layer. . Virtually all glass beads
The vertices of the ridges 3 are arranged parallel to the surface of the decorative substrate for building material 1 at the same height. As a result, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3, the uncured transparent liquid curable resin 2 coating material is pushed up from between the glass beads 3 by the pressurization of the glass beads 3 and rises.

When a glass bead with a diameter of 1 mm is used, the load will be evenly distributed at the apex of about 10,000 glass beads per square cm, and it will not be possible to withstand the strength performance unique to each transparent resin. It is possible to have excellent strength against various loads from the outside.

This is the most effective shape for preventing air from being trapped in the lower part of the glass beads even when the glass beads are embedded in the transparent liquid curable resin coating layer used for the purpose of adhering and fixing the beads by pressurization. Further, the top portion of the glass bead having a transparent resin film formed on the glass bead layer has an optimum shape for preventing a tear from the inside when an external load is applied.

When the transparent liquid curable resin coating was applied and cured almost evenly from the upper surface of the glass beads, the entire surface was finely divided by the glass beads fixed in the previous step, and the transparent liquid curable resin coating was cured. Shrinkage and distortion can be finely differentiated between the glass beads and evenly dispersed to ensure uniform quality of the entire transparent film. As described above, an epoch-making effect can be given to the improvement of the strength of the transparent film and the uniformization of the performance of the entire film surface.

比較的低コストで製造が行える画期的な方法である。Although it is essential to improve the design of the substrate as a transparent film on the surface of the decorative substrate for building materials, it gives a perspective and a film thickness greater than the actual film thickness due to the refraction and reflection characteristics of light rays into the glass beads. I can express a feeling. As for the outer surface finish shape, a uniform arrangement of the glass bead tops at the same height can be performed in various ways, from an uneven surface using the exposed portions of the glass beads to a smooth surface filling the glass bead tops. Inorganic transparent solid glass beads have excellent intrinsic strength, a very high sphericity, and at the same time are economical in terms of cost. By using glass beads in this way, the surface transparent film of the decorative substrate for building materials, which has a remarkable effect on the improvement of physical performance, the homogenization of quality, and the improvement of design, is economically and processing-wise. This is an epoch-making method that enables stable and reliable production at relatively low cost.
