厚板との板厚差を吸収するため、薄板と厚板との溶接部
に合致する部分に薄板と厚板との板厚差に相当する段差
部を形成した金型を用い、或いは上記部分に逃げ溝を形
成した金型を用いてブランク材をプレス成形するを一般
としている。2.
