2. Description of the Related Art A heat-generating composition composed of iron powder, activated carbon, salts, water-absorbent resin, water, etc., generates heat simply by contacting with air without requiring ignition. The use-in-use body warmer that is enclosed in a storage bag (hereinafter, referred to as an inner bag) is widely used. Usually, the inner bag is stored by being stored in a substantially non-air-permeable plastic film bag for packaging (hereinafter referred to as the outer bag), and when used, the outer bag is torn and the inner bag is taken out for use. Be served. And, as an inner bag of a used body warmer, a bag material in which polyethylene or the like is laminated as a sealant on a non-woven fabric is provided with air permeability by opening a needle hole, or a so-called porous film having fine continuous pores on the surface and inside. It is general that the above is laminated on a non-woven fabric or the like.

However, in such a bag structure, since the thermal composition is double-packaged in the inner bag and the outer bag, the material cost is high and the manufacturing process is complicated. In some cases, the water in the heat-generating composition may evaporate into the space between the inner bag and the outer bag, and satisfactory temperature performance may not be obtained due to lack of water during use. If there are pinholes or scratches on the outer bag, an exothermic reaction will occur during storage, and the product value as a body warmer will be lost after use. There are problems such as.

In order to solve such a problem, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-31540 discloses an attempt to bond a non-moisture permeable gas barrier film to the uppermost surface of an inner bag made of a non-woven fabric. However, it has a problem that it is not sufficiently attached to the gas barrier film due to the unevenness of the surface of the non-woven fabric, and that the non-woven fabric becomes fluffy when peeled.

In the exothermic composition for a used body warmer of the present invention, it is preferable to further add an excipient. That is, the excipient is used during storage after manufacturing the body warmer, and during use of the body warmer, the affinity between each composition is strengthened and the movement is suppressed, and the contents are biased or the contents are discharged from the vents. It has the effect of preventing it from leaking out. As the excipient, starch-based excipients such as pregelatinized starch and dextrin, polysaccharide-based excipients such as sodium alginate and sodium caseinate, cellulose derivative-based excipients such as carboxymethyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose , Polyvinyl alcohol-based, water-dispersed emulsion-based, and the like, but other than these may be used as long as they meet the purpose of the excipient.

Since a single-use hand warmer loses its breathability on one side when it is worn on the body or clothes, it is not always necessary to form both sides of the storage bag with the same quality film as described above. Of course, the front and back surfaces may be configured. For example, it is effective to apply an adhesive to one side so that it does not fall off from the body or clothing while using the body warmer. Therefore, an adhesive layer is provided on the plastic film on one side, and the surface is separated so that it can be peeled off. If you stick a piece of paper, it's easy and convenient to use. Such an adhesive layer is made by treating an adhesive substance mainly composed of rubber, vinyl acetate, acrylic resin, etc., and transfers to an object such as clothes when used, or loosens fibers when peeled from the object. A non-transferable material is preferable so that it does not occur.

In the present invention, the breathability of the storage bag is obtained by perforating the plastic film. According to this method, the air permeability can be adjusted relatively easily by adjusting the size of the needle hole, and since the surface of the plastic film is smooth, it is necessary to further cover the air holes with the plastic film. Can be firmly adhered and pasted. On the other hand, if the storage bag is made of non-woven fabric, the surface is uneven and a gap is created between the bag and the gas-barrier film to be pasted on the bag, which causes a change over time in the exothermic composition proboscis and also causes the non-woven fabric to stand up when peeling. It is not preferable because it causes

As for the method of providing the ventilation hole, a method of providing it on the entire surface,
There are various methods such as a method of piercing the center of the storage bag in a concentrated manner and a method of endlessly providing it in the shape of a central belt of the storage bag, both of which are applicable, but considering the necessity of completely covering with a plastic film subsequently. Then, the centralized system is preferable. When the central vent is provided in a concentrated manner, especially in the conventional exothermic composition, leakage of the contents during use becomes a problem, but an excipient-blended composition suitable for use in the present invention is adopted. This will avoid this problem.

The material of the plastic film which is closely adhered so as to cover the ventilation hole is not particularly limited as long as it is non-permeable, and may be appropriately selected from the materials of the storage bag described above. This film is adhered to the storage bag in a peelable manner by means of an adhesive or the like, but it is preferable to provide a knob portion so that the film can be peeled off easily during use.

The thus-obtained disposable body warmer uses a storage bag in which an inner bag and an outer bag are integrated, which is advantageous in terms of cost and manufacturing, and has a conventional double packaging structure during storage. In comparison, the exothermic composition has the advantage that it is less susceptible to changes over time. Moreover, the temperature performance and the feeling of use are satisfactory, and there is no concern about leakage of the contents, so that comfortable warmth can be obtained.

The exothermic composition consisting of g was filled in the storage bag shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. That is, one surface is made of a plastic film 2 which is a three-layer laminate of a nylon film 40μ, vinylidene chloride 2μ, and polyethylene sealant 50μ from the surface layer, and a ventilation hole 4 is provided in the central portion, while the other surface is made from the surface layer to a separate paper 7 A storage bag composed of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 8 and the polyethylene two-layer laminated film (90 μ) 2 was used. The size of the storage bag is 10 x 13.5 cm (4 x 5 cm in the center with a vent), and the inside of the four sides is 0.8c.
After heat-sealing m, the plastic film 3 (having a size of 5 × 6 cm) is formed so as to cover the vent hole in the central portion.
Then, a vinylidene chloride-coated nylon film (50 μm) including the adhesive layer 9 and having the knob portion 5 at the tip) was adhered and adhered to obtain a cairo for use in the present invention. When the used body warmer was stored at room temperature for 1 year and the plastic film 3 was peeled off and used, no problem was found in humidity performance and no change with time during storage of the exothermic composition was observed. Also, during use, the contents did not leak from the ventilation holes, and a comfortable warmth could be obtained.

As a result of the test, the performance of the body warmer according to the present invention was excellent. On the other hand, the conventional double-packed inner bag and outer bag type of Comparative Example 3 are high in cost, and there is a concern that they may change over time during storage. Further, in the case where the material of the storage bag is changed to non-woven fabric or paper, the ventilation holes are not completely covered, which causes a change with time of the heat-generating composition and causes fluffing during use, which is not preferable.
