In recent years, a heating element in which the heating agent is contained in a bag having a ventilation hole has become widespread as a disposable body warmer. This known heating element contains a heat-generating agent in a bag (hereinafter referred to as an inner bag) made of a non-breathable packaging material or a breathable packaging material having an appropriate ventilation hole on the surface, and is made of a non-breathable film. It is stored in another bag (hereinafter referred to as the outer bag) and is taken out from this outer bag for use. It is also well known that such a type of heating element generally has high industrial productivity and is commercially available as the mainstream of disposable body warmers due to its convenience in use.

However, since these normally commercially available heating elements do not have a fixing function, the heating element may be displaced from the mounting site if it is mounted as it is, or the heating element may fall off from the body during use.

As a method for fixing the heating element, it is sufficient to use an auxiliary tool such as a body warmer holder or a body warmer belt, but recently, it is desired that the heating element can be fixed by a simpler operation without any trouble. .

As a known heating element for such a demand, (1) a heating agent is contained in a flat heating bag having oxygen permeation on one side,
A heat-generating bag having a non-transferable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided in a solid or appropriate pattern on almost the entire other surface of the bag.
-34735) or (2) A sticking piece made of an adhesive substance whose main material is rubber or synthetic resin to be stuck to one outer surface of the inner bag is separated from the inner bag and placed in the outer bag. There is a chemical exothermic heat retaining device (Jitsuko Sho 60-7051) and so on.

Regarding the heating element of (1), it is uneconomical because the adhesive layer is provided over almost the entire other surface of the heating bag in order to maintain the fixing function of the heating element, and it is also uneconomical when peeling off the release sheet. There is a drawback that it is difficult to peel off. Further, since the entire other surface of the heating element is adhered to the adherend, the skin surface is apt to become damp and uncomfortable.

Regarding the heating element of (2), there is a trouble that the user has to stick the sticking piece to the heating element when using the heating element, and the sticking part of the sticking piece to the heating element and its area. In some cases, the heating element may be peeled from the mounting portion due to an unexpected peeling force applied from the end portion of the heating element during the mounting operation.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a heating agent storage bag having a composite packaging material including a base material sheet coated with an adhesive and a release sheet on one side, and a breathable packaging material on the other side, and is provided with an air bag. In an adhesive heating element containing a heating agent that generates heat in the presence of a base material, a coating section formed by coating the adhesive on the left and right sides and a non-coating section formed by both coating sections are used as a base material. The sheet has a release sheet, which covers both the application part and the non-application part, a void is formed in the non-application part, and at least one or more holes are provided in the release sheet in the part which covers the non-application part. The present invention relates to an adhesive heating element characterized in that

The application portion of the pressure sensitive adhesive 2 of the present invention is provided separately on the left and right sides of the base sheet 1. As a result, the application area of the adhesive 2 is reduced, which is economical, and the end portion of the adhesive heating element can be brought into close contact with the adherend. Generation can be suppressed as much as possible.
It is preferable to provide the divided coated portions of the adhesive 2 in parallel with each other.

The ratio of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 to be divided into the left and right sides is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to average it, and the coating area ratio of each is about 25% of one side of the exothermic agent storage bag, and the sum is 50%.
It is preferable to provide it so that the number is less than 1. By doing so, the fixing function as an adhesive heating element is sufficiently exerted. In addition, the stuffiness of the skin due to the moisture and heat generated from the heating element is also alleviated.

At least one hole 4 is provided in the non-application portion 5 of the release sheet 3. This hole 4 improves the mechanical sealing property of the heat-generating agent storage bag, and can prevent wrinkles from occurring in the heat-sealing portion 11. That is, the exothermic agent storage bag is usually formed by heat-sealing the composite packaging material 6 and the breathable packaging material 9 with a heat roller, and the composite packaging material 6 is continuously supplied to the heat roller while applying tension with a tension roller. However, at this time, in the composite packaging material 6 between the heat roller and the tension roller, the internal space of the non-application portion 5 sandwiched between the base material sheet 1 and the release sheet 3 is affected by heat and expands, so that heat is applied. Although wrinkles that tend to impair the commercial value tend to be generated in the seal portion 11, such expansion can be prevented and the wrinkles can be eliminated by providing the holes 4. In particular, when the composite packaging material 6 provided with the coating portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 in the supply direction to the heat roller is used, the internal space becomes a closed state, so that it expands more and wrinkles become remarkable. The effect of preventing wrinkles from being generated by the holes 4 becomes remarkable.

Further, the hole 4 is preferably a continuous hole having a broken line shape or a perforation line or a notched line hole provided in the central portion of the non-application portion 5 of the release sheet in parallel with the application portion. It is possible to solve the problem of the mechanical sealing property and to make the release sheet 3 in the non-adhesive region 5 easier to grip and peel off at the time of mounting.

Particularly preferred specific examples include the porous sheet 7 or a laminated sheet of the porous sheet 7 and the nonwoven fabric 8. If such a breathable wrapping material is used and its air flow rate is adjusted as in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Sho 63-195829, it will fit as a sticky heating element along the curved part of the body and is highly flexible. In addition, there is no powder leakage of the heating agent, and it is possible to prevent the heating agent 10 from moving or being biased without requiring structural or physical means such as partitioning as a heating agent storage section or using a holding material. And a flexible adhesive heating element can be formed.

A film having a good heat-sealing property is usually used as the base material sheet 1 constituting the composite packaging material 6, and a paper, a film or the like is applied to the release sheet 3. A conventional adhesive is used as the adhesive 2, and is selected from, for example, rubber-based, acrylic-based or vinyl acetate-based adhesives. The base material sheet 1 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 2 may be used by applying a functional material such as a far-infrared ray-generating substance on the surface or inside thereof.
