As a conventional fireproof partition, a panel with lining made of silica material is used as the surface material, the pillars standing on the floor are sandwiched and fixed on both front and back sides, and the space between both panels is filled with rock wool felt. Has become. The partition formed by this structure has a maximum fire resistance of 2 hours, but there are gaps between the panel and the pillar, and the space between both panels is not completely filled with rock wool felt. If there is, the quality of the above 2 hours is not guaranteed.

If the partition has poor fire resistance, the temperature will immediately rise on the non-heated side. The fire resistance of the partition depends not only on the lining material of the panel and the filling material filled between the panels, but also the cross-sectional structure of the column for fixing the panel and filling the filling material without a gap. It has been confirmed by many experiments that the side shape of the columns for the impact has a great influence.

The partition column according to the present invention is formed by partially forming a hollow cross section and inserting a metal reinforcing frame into the hollow portion. Here, the hollow portion does not have to be located at the center of the column. Further, the side surface is not a flat surface but has a step, and generally forms a step surface which is concave. Therefore, the filling material between the panels is also filled in the recesses, and the heat transfer can be suppressed more than in the state where the column side surfaces are in contact with each other by the flat surface. Then, from the front and back surfaces that come into contact with the panel, screw holes are penetrated to the hollow portion, and a screw hole into which a screw can be screwed is formed at the same position in the fitted reinforcing frame, and then the hollow portion is fitted. A small convex piece is formed on the hollow inner surface so that the reinforcing frame and the hollow inner surface make point contact or line contact, and the tip of the convex piece is in contact with the reinforcing frame. By the way, instead of the hollow portion, a concave groove may be formed on the side surface and the front and back surfaces, and a reinforcing plate may be fitted into the concave groove. The pillar main body contains cement as a main component, and sometimes cement is mixed with a reinforcing agent such as glass fiber.

2a and 2b are not flat surfaces, but have a step having a recess 3. The hollow portion 1 in the central portion is formed over the entire length in the axial direction, a metal reinforcing frame 4 is fitted in the hollow portion 1, and the reinforcing frame 4 and the inner surface 5 of the hollow portion 1 are separated from the inner surface 5. It is in contact with the protruding convex piece 6. Therefore, when the reinforcing frame 4 is fitted in the hollow portion 1, there is an operational advantage that contact friction is reduced. Further, the front surface 7 and the back surface 8 are flat surfaces and are parallel to each other, and screw holes 9, 9 ... Screw holes 10 are formed at the same positions in the reinforcing frame 4.

The front side 7 and the rear side 8 of the upright pillar are fixed in a state where the side portions of the panels 11 and 11 are in close contact with each other without a gap, and the space between the panels 11 and 11 is filled with a fire resistant filler 12. There is. The panel 11 is composed of a metal surface material 13 and a gypsum board 14,
The surface material 13 is fixed to the gypsum board 14 via an adhesive, the surface material 13 is bent at the side end of the gypsum board 14, and the tip thereof has an edge 15 bent in an L shape. Edges 15 of adjacent panels 11 and 11 face each other at the center of the pillar, and both edges 1
A joint 16 is fitted between 5 and 15 and fixed with a screw 17. The screw 17 is inserted into a screw hole penetrating the pillar and screwed into the screw hole 10 of the reinforcing frame 4 to fix the panel 11 to the pillar.

However, since the screw 17 is strongly screwed into the screw hole 10 of the reinforcing frame 4, the panel 11 is closely attached to the pillar without a gap. , No heat is transmitted through the gap. In such a structure, the heat transmitted from the heating side to the non-heating side is only screw 17,
The fire resistance time of the partition is greatly improved and the strength of the column is also increased. Further, a side rail 19 is screwed to the wall surface 18, a pillar stands up using the side rail 19 as a guide, and a panel 11 abuts on the front and back surfaces 7 and 8 of the pillar, and the side rail 19 serves as a panel. Holds down the sides.
