Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、ロボットの動作端に取付けたツールホルダに

ようにし、更にツールホルダに位置決め孔の配置円と同
心の軸線回りに回動自在なロックスリーブと、工具の取
付基部に該ロックスリーブに嵌合可能なロック軸とを設
け、該ロックスリーブの回動によりその内周に形成した
差込歯をロック軸の外周に形成した対向歯に係合させ
て、工具をツールホルダに固定するようにしたものは知
られている。

置決め孔に嵌合可能な複数の位置決めピンをその先端部
が該各位置決め孔を通して前記前面板の背面に突出する
ように植設し、ツールホルダの前記前面板の背側部に、
これら位置決めピンの先端部を軸線方向に抜差自在な周
囲複数箇所の切欠き部を形成した略円形のロックプレー
トを前記位置決め孔の配置円と同心の軸線回りに回動自
在に設け、更に該各位置決めピンの先端部に、該ロック
プレートを該各切欠き部が前記各位置決め孔に整合する
アンロック位相から回動したとき該各切欠き部に隣接す
る該ロックプレートの周縁部分が係合する係合溝を形成
した。

定できる効果を有する。
