(57)【要約】 【構成】有効成分として（＋）−１Ｒ，トランス−２，
２−ジメチル−３−（２，２−ジクロロビニル）シクロ
プロパンカルボン酸２，３，５，６−テトラフルオロベ
ンジルを、緊度０．２〜０．７g/cm3 、厚さ０．１〜４
ｍｍのセルロース材質に担持させてなる衣料用防虫剤。 【効果】本発明の衣料用防虫剤は、長期間にわたって安
定した食害防止効力を有するものである。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は衣料用防虫剤に関するも
のである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】（＋）−１Ｒ，トランス−２，２−ジメ
チル−３−（２，２−ジクロロビニル）シクロプロパン
カルボン酸２，３，５，６−テトラフルオロベンジル
（以下、化合物Ａと記す。）が殺虫活性を有すること
は、特開昭６３−２０３６４９号公報に記載されてい
る。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、化合物
Ａを衣料防虫用に用いる場合、長期間にわたって安定し
た防虫効果を得ることは困難であった。即ち、一般に衣
料用防虫剤というものは、ハエ、カ、ゴキブリ等の衛生
害虫を駆除する際に求められる即効的な効力よりも、む
しろ長期間にわたって安定した効果を示すものが望まし
く、例えば半年間有効であれば衣替えのときに防虫剤を
設置するだけで済むといった利点が見込まれるものであ
る。また、衣料用防虫剤に求められるもう一つの性質
は、食害防止効力である。即ち、毒餌剤のように害虫が
食害を及ぼした後に殺虫効果があらわれてもあまり有効
とは言えず、貴重な衣料品を食害から防除すること、言
い換えると食害を防止する効力が重要である。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明者らは、上述の望
ましい性質を備えた衣料用防虫剤を見出すべく検討を重
ねた結果、有効成分化合物として化合物Ａを選択し、さ
らにこれを緊度０．２〜０．７g/cm3 、厚さ０．１〜４
ｍｍのセルロース材質に担持させてなる衣料用防虫剤
が、上述の目的に合致することを見出し、本発明に到っ
た。
【０００５】本発明の衣料用防虫剤を製造するに際し
て、化合物Ａに他の何らの成分も加えず、そのまま緊度
０．２〜０．７g/cm3 、厚さ０．１〜４ｍｍのセルロー
ス材質に担持させても良いが、通常適当な有機溶媒に溶
解させて、含有、浸漬等を行うのが便利である。用いら
れる有機溶媒としては、例えばエタノール等のアルコー
ル類、酢酸エチル等のエステル類、ジクロロエタン等の
ハロゲン化炭化水素類、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン
等のケトン類、テトラヒドロフラン、ジオキサン等のエ
ーテル類、ヘキサン、ケロシン、パラフィン、石油ベン
ジン等の脂肪族炭化水素類、トルエン等の芳香族炭化水
素類が挙げられる。また、これらの溶媒に通常の乳化
剤、分散剤、展着剤、安定剤等を添加することもでき
る。さらに、必要により化合物Ａ以外の防虫剤、防黴
剤、共力剤等を添加しても良い。本発明において用いら
れるセルロース材質は、緊度、即ち一定容積に対する重
量が０．２〜０．７g/cm3 、厚さが０．１〜４ｍｍのも
のであり、例えばこのような数値の範囲内にある厚紙、
濾紙、コットンリンター等が挙げられる。
【０００６】本発明の衣料用防虫剤は、有効成分として
化合物Ａを通常１〜100 mg／cm3 含有するが、セルロー
ス材質の種類、施用場所、施用方法、施用時期等の状況
により異なることもある。本発明の衣料用防虫剤の防除
対象となる害虫としては、例えばイガ等のTinea属、コ
イガ等のTineola 属、ジュウタンガ等のTrichophaga 属
などが挙げられる。

【実施例】次に、本発明を実施例により、さらに具体的
に詳述する。まず、本発明に係わる衣料用防虫剤の製造
例を示す。 製造例１ ３．５×２．２×０．２８cm3 、緊度０．３９g/cm3 の
セルロース材質（コットンリンター）に化合物Ａ５０ｍ
ｇを塗布し、本発明の衣料用防虫剤を得た。 製造例２ ３４×５８×０．０２cm3 、緊度０．５０g/cm3 のセル
ロース材質（濾紙）に化合物Ａのアセトン溶液を、化合
物Ａの量が２００ｍｇとなるように塗布し、本発明の衣
料用防虫剤を得た。
【０００８】次に、衣料害虫に対する試験例を示す。 試験例 後述の表１に示す各セルロース材質を、３．２×３．２
cm2 の大きさに切り取り、化合物Ａのアセトン溶液を、
化合物Ａの量が２０ｍｇとなるように滴下、風乾し、衣
料用防虫剤を得た。得られた衣料用防虫剤を３０×３０
×３０cm3 のダンボール箱の上部中央に吊るした。コイ
ガ幼虫１０頭と２×２cm2 の羊毛片１枚を各々入れた金
網かご（直径５cmの球形）３個をダンボール箱の上部に
設置した。ダンボール箱内部を密閉状態に保ち、１週間
後に羊毛片の食害の程度を観察した。また、試験２、
４、８、１６、２４週間後にも同様の試験を行った。結
果を表１に示す。表中、食害防止効果は以下の基準に従
って表示した。 ○ 食害なし △ 一部食害あり × 食害あり

【表１】 本発明の衣料用防虫剤を用いた試験である試験例１およ
び２は、２４週間の長期間にわたって安定した食害防止
効果を示した。これに対して、材質の緊度および／また
は厚さの異なる比較例１〜４においては、長期間の残効
性が充分ではないという結果が示された。

【発明の効果】本発明の衣料用防虫剤は、長期間にわた
って安定した食害防止効力を有するものである。
