Abstract

一种织物防护剂，包含一种具有0.2至0.7g/cm3的堆积密度和0.1至4mm厚度的纤维素材料和一种含作为活性组分的(+)-1R，反-2，2-二甲基-3-(2，2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷羧酸2，3，5，6-四氟苄酯的组合物，所述的纤维素材料载有所述组合物或被所述组合物浸渍。本发明的织物防护剂在长时间内具有稳定的防侵害作用。

Description

织物防护剂
本发明涉及一种用于诸如布、地毯等织物的防护剂。
美国专利4,889,872号披露，(+)-1R，反-2，2-二甲基-3-(2，2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷羧酸2，3，5，6-四氟苄酯(ben-fluthrin)具有杀虫活性。
可是当benfluthrin用于织物防治害虫时，难以获得长期稳定的保护作用。
一般来说，织物防护剂的优选剂型是一种对例如蝇、蚊、璋螂等妨碍环境卫生的昆虫具有长期稳定的灭杀作用的剂型，而不是瞬间作用的剂型。例如，期望前述剂型具有这样的优点，即药效长达半年，和仅仅更换防护剂就能满足服装季节性变化的需要。
织物防护剂所要求的另一性能是防侵害作用。
也就是说，当织物防护剂作为毒饵喂给害虫时，即使显示出杀虫效果，这种织物防护剂也不能被认为是有效的。作为织物防护剂，重要的是防止害虫侵害贵重的衣物。换句话说，具有防侵害作用。
本申请的发明人做了深入的研究，试图找到具有上述优选效果的织物防护剂，结果发现，这样一种织物防护剂满足上述要求，所述织物防护剂含有具有0.2至0.7g/cm3的堆积密度和0.1至4mm厚度的一种纤维素材料以及含作为活性组分的benfluthrin的一种组合物，所述的纤维素材料载有所述组合物或被所述组合物浸渍。由此，本申请的发明人完成了本发明。
本发明的目的是提供一种织物防护剂，所述织物防护剂对害虫具有长期的稳定的防治作用和防侵害作用。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种防护织物的方法，该方法包括将本发明的织物防护剂施用于害虫或织物上。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种防除害虫的方法，该方法包括将本发明的织物防护利施用于害虫或织物上。
从下列叙述中可看出本发明的其它目的和优点。
本发明提供了一种织物防护剂，所述织物防护剂含有一种具有0.2至0.7g/cm3堆积密度和0.1至4mm厚度的纤维素材料以及一种含作为活性组分的benfluthrin的组合物，所述的纤维素材料载有所述组合物或被所述组合物浸渍。
在生产本发明的织物保护剂时，benfluthrin实际上可被载于一种具有0.2至0.7g/cm3的堆积密度和0.1至4mm厚度的纤维素材料上，而不需加入任何其它成分。但是，通常便利的做法是将benfluthrin溶于合适的有机溶剂中并用或在获得的溶液中浸渍或浸泡纤维素纤维。所用的溶剂包括：例如醇类(如乙醇)、酯类(例如乙酸乙酯)、卤代烃类(如二氯乙烷)、酮类(例如丙酮，甲乙酮)、醚类(如四氢呋喃、二噁烷)、脂肪烃(如己烷，煤油、石蜡、石油醚)、芳烃(如甲苯)等。可往这些溶剂中加入常规乳化剂、分散剂、铺展剂、稳定剂等。另外，若需要，可加入除benfluthrin之外的其它防护剂、抗成型剂、协合剂等。
本发明所用的纤维素材料是这样一种材料，其堆积密度，即每给定体积的重量为0.2至0.7g/cm3，其厚度为0.1至4mm。纤维素材料包括例如纸板，滤纸，棉绒等，各种材料的堆积密度和厚度在上述数值范围内。本发明的织物防护剂可以以片状或片剂等形式应用。
本发明的织物防护剂所含的作为活性组分的ben-fluthrin的量通常为1至100mg/cm3纤维素材料，但该量可随纤维素材料的种类以及何时，何地和如何使用织物防护剂而变化。
本发明的织物防护剂所防除的害虫包括谷蛾种(Tinea spp.)如袋谷蛾等，幕谷蛾种(Tineola spp.)如幕谷蛾和囊衣蛾种(Tri-chophaga spp.)，如毛毡衣蛾等。
本发明的织物防护剂可用于防除害虫或当衣服放置或挂在诸如衣橱、抽屉、箱子等服装家具中时防止害虫侵害织物。
参照下列实施例将对本发明作更具体的解释，但这并不意味着仅仅限于这些实施例。
首先将叙述本发明的织物防护剂的生产实例。
生产实施例1
将50毫克benfluthrin涂覆到尺寸为3.5cm×2.2cm×0.28cm(厚度)和堆积密度为0.39g/cm3的纤维素材料(棉绒)上，以获得本发明的织物防护剂。
生产实施例2
将benfluthrin的丙酮溶液涂覆到尺寸为34cm×58cm×0.02cm(厚)和堆积密度为0.50g/cm3的一种纤维素材料(滤纸)上，benfluthrin的量为200mg，获得本发明的织物防护剂。
下面将叙述对害虫的试验实例。
生产实施例3
将如下面表1所示的纤维素材料切割成尺寸为3.2cm×3.2cm的试验片。将benfluthrin的丙酮溶液滴在每一块试验片上，以使benfluthrin的量为20mg，然后空气干燥，从而获得织物了护剂。将获得的各个织物防护剂悬挂在尺寸为30cm×30cm×30cm波面纸板盒的中心上方。将三只直径为5cm的球形金属丝网笼放置在盒子的上部，所述的每只金属丝网笼中装有10只幕谷蛾的幼虫和一块尺寸为2cm×2cm的羊毛织物。使盒子的内部保持密闭，一星期后观察侵害羊毛织物片的程度，2，4，8，16和24周后重复相同的试验。结果列于表1中，下列标准表示防侵害效果。

在采用本发明的织物防护剂的试验实施例1，2和3中，在24周长的期间内观察到稳定的防侵害作用。
而在对比实例1至4中，用与本发明的织物防护剂所用的纤维素材料相比具有不同的堆积密度和/或厚度的纤维素材料制备织物防护剂。结果观察到，长时间内的残留作用不足。
表1的结果表明，本发明的织物防护剂在长时间内具有稳定的防侵害作用。

Claims (3)

1.一种织物防护剂，该织物防护剂含有一种具有0.31至0.50g/cm3堆积密度和0.15至2.8mm厚度的纤维素材料和一种含作为活性组分的(+)-1R，反-2，2-二甲基-3-(2，2-二氯乙烯基)环丙烷羧酸2，3，5，6-四氟苄酯的组合物，所述的纤维素材料载有所述组合物或被所述组合物浸渍，所述活性组分的含量为1至100mg/cm3纤维素材料。
2.一种防护织物的方法，该方法包括将权利要求1所述的织物防护剂放置或悬挂于服装家具中。
3.一种防除害虫的方法，该方法包括将权利要求1所述的织物防护剂放置或悬挂于服装家具中。
