Generally, in the insulating and waterproofing method, a foamed resin sheet (hereinafter referred to as a foamed insulating sheet) is inserted between the waterproof sheet and the surface of the base material. In many cases, uneven surface unevenness on the surface of a concrete surface is a large base. Therefore, if a waterproof sheet is laid directly on this large uneven surface without inserting a foam sheet, it will become a waterproof sheet during construction. It may be scratched or punctured, and if the scratch on the waterproof sheet is left unattended, a crack will eventually form in that part, causing water leakage. Therefore, in the insulating and waterproofing method, a foamed insulating sheet is inserted between the base material and the waterproof sheet for cushioning. Further, when laying a waterproof sheet such as a polyvinyl chloride sheet or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin sheet in which a liquid substance such as a plasticizer is added to a resin, synthetic rubber or asphalt is used as a base material to be laid. When installed or when styrofoam is laid, the oily surface treatment agent of the base material layer oozes out on the surface of this waterproof sheet, which hinders the design of the waterproof sheet, or In some cases, the plasticizer migrates to the synthetic rubber sheet or styrofoam of the base material layer and deteriorates the waterproof sheet, resulting in cracking of the sheet. Therefore, in order to prevent the migration of the oil or the plasticizer, a foam insulating sheet for preventing migration is used by inserting it between the base substrate and the waterproof sheet.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The foamed insulation sheet used in the above-mentioned conventional insulation and waterproofing method is a foamed body of about 30 times, so that it is easily blown away by the wind during construction.
After partially fixing the foam insulation sheet to the base material with an adhesive or gum tape, a waterproof sheet is laid on it. Therefore, not only is it difficult to fix the foam insulation sheet, but on a windy day, the foam insulation sheet cannot be fixed completely and wrinkles occur, and if a waterproof sheet is laid on it, it will also wrinkle. Occurs, which not only impairs the appearance but also weakens the strength of the wrinkled portion of the sheet due to long-term use and causes cracks. Further, since the foam insulating sheet is as thin as 0.5 to 5.0 mm and is weak in strength, it may be torn at the stage of constructing the foam insulating sheet. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, to easily handle the foam insulating sheet during construction on the rooftop or the like, and to prevent problems such as bad influences and breakage caused by wind. It is to provide a waterproof sheet and an insulating waterproof method.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following preferred examples. The insulating waterproof sheet A of the present invention is basically a waterproof sheet 1 as shown in the partial perspective view of FIG.
It is characterized in that the insulating foam sheet 2 is laminated on one surface. Waterproof sheet 1 used in the present invention
The itself may be the same as the waterproof sheet used in the conventional insulation waterproof method, for example, vinyl chloride resin sheet, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin sheet, polyethylene resin sheet, polypropylene resin sheet, synthetic rubber sheet, etc. However, a soft vinyl chloride resin sheet is the most preferable from the viewpoint of easy liquid welding (adhesion with a solvent). The waterproof sheet 1 as described above may be a single-layer body or a laminated body, but a laminated body in which a shrinkage-preventing material 3 such as a glass nonwoven fabric is inserted to prevent the sheet 1 from shrinking is preferable. The thickness of the waterproof sheet 1 is not particularly limited, but is usually 0.5 to 5.0.
mm, preferably 1.0 to 2.0 mm. The length is not particularly limited, and is a long body having a width of about 500 to 2,000 mm, which is usually wound in a roll shape.

The waterproof sheet 1 and the insulating foam sheet 2 are laminated by an adhesive agent, a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent, or heat fusion. When the insulating and waterproofing method is applied by using the above materials, the sheet A is a long one having a specific width, and when the sheet A is applied on a wide rooftop or the like, a long sheet having a certain width is cut and arranged in an appropriate length. Install. At this time, it is necessary to prevent water leakage between the adjacent waterproof sheets. Therefore, as illustrated in FIGS. 2A to 2C, the side edges of the adjacent sheets are partially overlapped,
It is preferable to bond the both, and in order to improve the adhesion, the foamed insulating sheet 2 is not provided at the side end portion of the waterproof sheet 1 (FIG. 2a), or even if provided, it can be forcibly peeled. Then, the insulating foam sheet 2 is peeled off by a necessary width and cut off, and the shape is as shown in FIG. 2a, or the foam sheet 2 is partly peeled as shown in FIG. If it is welded or the insulating foam sheet 2 is not peeled off, the auxiliary sheet 4 of the same quality as the waterproof sheet 1 is used.
It is preferable to sufficiently cover the seam.

As described above, preferably, if the waterproof sheet 1 and the insulating foam sheet are laminated so as to be compulsorily peelable, the foam insulating sheet 2 is peeled from the waterproof sheet 1 by a necessary width when the waterproof sheets 1 are joined together. After the removal, the waterproof sheets can be joined to each other strongly by liquid welding or the like in a watertight manner. As such a peelable adhesive method, for example,
Using an acrylic emulsion or polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive or pressure sensitive adhesive, etc., select a suitable adhesive that does not have much adhesive strength for either the waterproof sheet 1 or the foam insulating sheet 2. The method of bonding is preferred. In addition, on the surface of the waterproof sheet 1, an appropriate interval, for example, 50 to 200 mm, within a range that does not impair the appearance of the waterproof sheet 1.
It is preferable to provide grid-like scales at regular intervals. By adding such a scale,
When fixing the insulating waterproof sheet A to the rooftop, it becomes possible to accurately position the fixing point.

The overlapping portion with the sheet is bonded by liquid welding, and the circumferential insulating portion of the second reinforcing sheet is sealed. The fixture is a vinyl chloride resin sheet or a steel plate whose surface is coated with paint. At the side end of the insulating waterproof sheet, the waterproof sheet and the foamed polyethylene sheet on the back surface are peeled off with a width of about 30 to 50 mm, and the side edges of the waterproof sheet that are in contact with each other are overlapped, and only the waterproof sheet portion is liquid. Bonding and joining by welding to join the waterproof sheet to the entire rooftop. In addition, the end portion of the waterproof sheet may be preliminarily laminated so as to be about 30 to 50 mm longer than the insulating foam sheet laminated on the back surface thereof.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the foam insulating sheet is preliminarily laminated on the back surface of the waterproof sheet, the conventional construction is to lay the foam insulating sheet and then lay the waterproof sheet. The process is now complete and the construction time has been greatly reduced. Further, the foam insulating sheet is not broken during the construction, and the foam insulating sheet is lifted by the wind, and when the waterproof sheet is laid on the foam insulating sheet, the waterproof sheet is not wrinkled. Further, when the waterproof sheet and the foam insulating sheet are peelably bonded, the end portions of the waterproof sheets can be joined together by peeling the foam insulating sheet and overlapping and adhering only the waterproof sheet. Watertight joining can be maintained for a long time (when sheets are not welded by overlapping, the ends of foamed laminated sheets are butted and another sheet is welded over the joint along its joints. ).
