Description
Claims (7)
- 1.直流出力電圧を発生する高力率倍電圧整流器であって、 交流電力線路に接続されたときに整流された交流電圧を発生する完全ブリッジ形 式の二対の直列接続されたダイオードを含んでおり、陰極と陽極とを含んでいる 整流器と、前記直流出力電圧と共通電位との間に接続されており、第1及び第2 の出力昇圧回路と誘導結合されている直々変換器手段と、 それぞれの間に接続点を有して直列に接続されている一対のフィルタキャパシタ と、 前記二対のうちの一方のダイオードを結んでいる接続点と、前記フィルタキャパ シタを結んでいる接続点との間に接続されており、比較的低い入力交流線路電圧 に対して倍電圧モードでの動作を可能にすべく閉じていると共に、比較的高い入 力交流線路電圧に対して低昇圧モードでの動作を可能にすべく開いているスイッ チ手段とを備えており、前記第1の出力昇圧回路は、前記整流器の陰極と前記直 流出力電圧との間に直列に接続されており、前記第2の出力昇圧回路は、前記整 流器の陽極と前記共通電位との間に前記第1の出力昇圧回路とは反対の極性で直 列に接続されており、前記フィルタキャパシタの直列の組合わせは、前記直流出 力電圧と前記共通電位との間に接続されており、前記出力直流電圧は、前記動作 モードの両方でほぼ同じ範囲内に椎持されている高力率倍電圧整流器。
- 2.前記第1及び第2の出力昇圧回路の各々は、共振キャパシタと共振誘導子と を含んでいる共振回路を備えており、前記第1及び第2の出力昇圧回路の各々は 、前記直々変換器手段に接続する昇圧変圧器を含んでいる請求項1に記載の高力 率倍電圧整流器。
- 3.前記共振回路の各々は直列共振回路を含んでおり、前記共振キャパシタは、 前記共振誘導子と直列に接続されている請求項2に記載の高力率倍電圧整流器。
- 4.前記共振回路の各々は並列共振回路を含んでおり、前記共振キャパシタは、 前記共振誘導子及び前記昇圧変圧器の直列の組合わせと並列に接続されている請 求項2に記載の高力率倍電圧整流器。
- 5.前記共振回路の各々は直並列組合わせ共振回路を含んでおり、該直並列組合 わせ共振回路は、前記共振キャパシタ、前記共振誘導子及び前記昇圧変圧器の直 列の組合わせと並列に接続されている他の共振キャパシタを含んでいる請求項2 に記載の高力率倍電圧整流器。
- 6.前記直々変換器手段は更に、 前記直流出力電圧と前記共通電位との間に結合されており、前記出力昇圧回路を 励振する第1の交流信号と、更に第2の交流信号とを発生するインバータと、前 記第2の交流信号を受け取ると共に、該第2の交流信号から第2の調整済み直流 出力電圧を発生する出力整流器と、 前記インバータに接続されており、前記第2の交流信号をパルス幅変調すること により前記第2の調整済み直流出力電圧の振幅を制御するパルス幅変調手段とを 含んでいる請求項1に記載の高力率倍電圧整流器。
- 7.前記直々変換器手段が前記交流電力線路から該電力線路の電圧と同相のほぼ 正弦状電流を取り出すように、前記第1の交流信号の周波数を制御する周波数変 調手段を更に含んでいる請求項1に記載の高力率倍電圧整流器。
