Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 1.複数の流体源を単一穴の出口部材に連結する流体継手において、前記継手が 前記出口部材の取り付け用コネクター内に相互に連合した複数のチューブからな り、各前記チューブが前記コネクターを通過して伸びて、前記出口部材が前記コ ネクターに取り付けられたときに前記出口部材と実質的に連続する点で終わり、 各前記チューブの内腔は前記点でのチューブの終点までそれぞれのチューブ壁で 相互に分離され、前記継手が前記出口部材と結合された状態での使用に際して、 前記チューブを通過している流体は対応するチューブの端から前記出口部材の穴 に直接放出されることを特徴とした流体継手。
- 2.前記単一穴の出口部材がカニューレからなることを特徴とした請求項第1項 記載の流体継手。
- 3.少なくとも3個の前記チューブが設けられていることを特徴とした請求項第 1項または第2項記載の流体継手。
- 4.前記出口部材がルアーコネクターの雌型半分からなり、前記継手のコネクタ ーがルアーコネクターの雄型半分の形状であることを特徴とした請求項第1項、 2項、または3項記載の流体継手。
- 5.チューブの少なくとも一つがチューブの少なくとも他の一つと比較すると比 較的大きな穴であることを特徴とした請求項第1項、2項、3項、または4項記 載の流体継手。
- 6.比較的大きな穴のチューブが1.00から2.3ミリの内径を有することを 特徴とした請求項第5項記載の流体継手。
- 7.比較的小さな穴のチューブが20センチ以下の長さを有することを特徴とし た請求項第5項または6項記載の流体継手。
- 8.比較的小さな穴のチューブが0.8ミリ以下の内径を有することを特徴とし た請求項第5項、6項または7項記載の流体継手。
- 9.比較的小さな穴のチューブが20センチ以下の長さを有することを特徴とし た請求項第5項、6項、7項または8項記載の流体継手。
- 10.第3のチューブが0.8ミリ以下の内径を有することを特徴とした請求項 第5項、6項、7項、8項または9項記載の流体継手。
- 11.前記継手の1又はそれ以上のチューブがその上流端の近傍に間欠注入バル ブを包含し、細菌フィルターが前記バルブと前記継手のコネクターとの中間にあ り、これにより、前記バルブの上流側の流体ポケットに存在する細菌又は汚染有 機体、細菌及び汚染有機体が患者に進入することを防止することを特徴とした請 求項第1項、2項、3項、4項、5項、6項、7項、8項、9項または10項記 載の流体継手。
- 12.継手は、1又はそれ以上の重力による供給及び1又はそれ以上のポンプに よる供給によって流体の静脈注入に使用され、継手が重力により供給された流体 を運搬する各チューブに逆流防止バルブを包含していることを特徴とした請求項 第1項、2項、3項、4項、5項、6項、7項、8項、9項、10項または11 項記載の流体継手。
- 13.前記各逆流防止バルブはそれぞれのチューブに設けられていることを特徴 とした請求項第12項記載の流体継手。
- 14.前記各逆流防止バルブはそれぞれのチューブから着脱可能である分離可能 な継手として形成されることを特徴とした請求項第12項記載の流体継手。
- 15.先行するクレームのいずれかにクレームされた流体継手を製造する方法に おいて、前記方法が単一の内腔を有するコネクターを提供するステップと、少な くとも3個のチューブを提供するステップと、各前記チューブを、前記継手の使 用において前記出口部材と実質的に連続する前記内腔の端を越えて突出するよう に前記コネクターの内腔内を通過させるステップと、コネクターを通過した前記 チューブ囲むように前記コネクターの前記内腔内に接着剤又は樹脂を挿入するス テップと、前記接着剤又は樹脂が固まったときに、チューブと溢れた接着剤又は 樹脂を前記内腔の端から突出した所でそれらを切断するステップと、からなるこ とを特徴とした流体継手を製造する方法。
- 16.前記単一の内腔コネクターがルアーコネクターの雄型半分として形成され ることを特徴とした請求項第15項記載の方法。
- 17.単一の内腔雄型ルアーコネクター半分から離れた各前記チューブの端がル アーコネクターのそれぞれの雌型半分を有することを特徴とした請求項第16項 記載の方法。
- 18.クレーム1−14のいずれかにクレームされた流体継手を製造する方法に おいて、前記方法がチューブの数に等しい複数の内腔を有するコネクターを提供 するステップと、少なくとも3個のチューブを提供するステップと、一つの前記 チューブを、前記継手の使用において前記出口部材と実質的に連続する端の反対 側の端で前記内腔の対応する一つの内腔に連結するステップと、からなる特徴と した流体継手を製造する方法。
- 19.前記複数内腔コネクターがルアーコネクターの雄型半分として形成される ことを特徴とした請求項第18項記載の方法。
- 20.複数内腔雄型ルアーコネクター半分から離れた各前記チューブの端がルア ーコネクターのそれぞれの雌型半分を有することを特徴とした請求項第16項記 載の方法。
