Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the residual shrinkage of elastic yarn by overfeeding the elastic yarn to a bobbin to wind the yarn to the bobbin at a speed a specific times or more of the winding speed by means of a driving roller installed behind a traverse, and making the speed of a taking godet roller equal to or greater than the winding speed. CONSTITUTION:To wind elastic yarn 1 onto a bobbin 6, the yarn is overfed to the bobbin 6 at 1.1 times or more of the winding speed, preferably 1.2 to 2 times of the winding speed by means of a driving roller 5 installed behind a traverse 8. Even if the speed of a taking roller 3 is equal to or greater than the winding speed, preferably 1.1 times or more of the winding speed, the tension of the yarn when the yarn is separated from a godet roller 4 is kept high and the yarn is guided to the driving roller 5 without being wound around other rollers, etc., and is then relaxed in a moment and wound. Thereby the yarn with a small residual shrinkage can be obtained.

When winding an elastic yarn,
When wound in a state of high tension, the yarn is wound while stretched,
Residual shrinkage ratio (elastic deformation ratio of wound yarn, ie (denier of released yarn / denier on bobbin-1) x 1
00 (%)), resulting in yarn breakage and deterioration in physical properties (elongation, etc.) during processing of the yarn. However, when trying to wind with low tension by the conventional winding method, due to the resistance of the traverse or oiling, etc.
It will be wrapped around LA. Therefore, there is a problem in that the yarn must be wound in a state where the tension is high to some extent, and as a result, the yarn has a high residual shrinkage. Specifically, referring to FIG. 2, the faster the speed of the take-up godet roller 3 is compared with the speed of the take-up speed (the speed of the drive roller 5 and the speed of the bobbin 6 are the same), the faster the speed of winding. At that time, the tension of the yarn 1 becomes small, and the residual shrinkage rate can be lowered.
However, if the speed of the take-up godet roller 3 is increased to reduce the tension of the thread when wound, the oiling roller 7 may be wound around the take-up godet roller 3 due to the resistance of the oiling roller 7. Even if the speed of the second godet roller 4 is increased to prevent the godet roller 3 from being wound around, the godet roller 4 may be wound around the second godet roller 4 due to the resistance of the traverse 8. Therefore, it is practically impossible to raise the speed of the take-up godet roller to lower the residual shrinkage rate.

This phenomenon is caused by a yarn having a large elongation at a low tension such as a yarn having a small denier (for example, 20 denier or less) or a yarn having a small elastic modulus, or a high winding speed (for example, 700 m). / Min or more).

The invention is illustrated in more detail in FIG. The present invention is a drive roller installed after the traverse 8.
The winding speed is 1.1 times or more, preferably 1.
By overfeeding the bobbin at a speed of 2 to 2 times, the speed of the take-up roller 3 is taken up.
Even if the speed is equal to or higher than the speed, preferably 1.1 times or more, the thread tension at the time of pulling apart the godet roller is kept high, and the thread is guided to the drive roller without being wound around the roller in the middle, and thereafter. Characterized by relaxing and winding in an instant,
It is a method of winding an elastic yarn.

According to the present invention, as long as the yarn has the same physical properties, it is possible to obtain a yarn having a similar residual shrinkage rate even if the winding speed is different. In the conventional method, the residual shrinkage rate of the yarn increases as the winding speed increases, whereas in the present invention, the residual shrinkage rate is almost constant, so the higher the winding speed, the greater the effect of the present invention. Can be said.

EXAMPLE 1 20 denier polyurethane fibers were wound at a winding speed of 800 m / min by the conventional winding method (FIG. 2) and the winding method of the present invention (FIG. 1). The spinning conditions other than the winding method are the same. In the conventional method, as shown in FIG. 2, the yarn 1 twisted by the false twisting machine 2 is taken up by a godet roll.
After passing through LA, oiling with oiling roller 7
After passing through the godet roller 4, it is traversed by a traverse device 8 and wound on a bobbin 6. At this time, the driving roller 5 is used as a surface roller for keeping the bobbin at a constant peripheral speed, and the bobbin speed and the driving roller speed are the same.

As shown in FIG. 1, the method according to the present invention, after the traverse 8, the driving roller 5 turns the bobbin 6 on.
After the bar feeding, the bobbin 6 is instantly relaxed and wound up. By both methods, an attempt was made to raise the speed of the take-up godet roller 4 to reduce the residual shrinkage rate. Table 1 shows the result of the limit of stable operation without winding the yarn around the roller.

According to the winding method of the present invention, even if the speed of the take-up godet roller is raised, it can be wound without winding around the roller in the middle, and as a result, the residual shrinkage ratio is obtained. It is possible to obtain small yarns. In addition, if the yarns have the same physical properties, it is possible to obtain the yarns having a similar residual shrinkage ratio regardless of the winding speed.
