に鋭意研究を行った結果、特定の有機シリコーン樹脂を
揮発性シリコーン油とともに用い、これに粉末を加えた
ならば、のびがよく、さっぱりとした使用感を有し且つ
化粧くずれ防止効果良好なメーキャップ化粧料が得られ
ることを見出し、この知見にもとづいて本発明を完成す
