そこで、本発明の目的は、上記の欠点を解消し、感触が滑らかで、自然な仕上がりを可能にし、更に保存安定性に優れた粉末含有油中水型乳化化粧料を提供することにある。

本発明者等は、鋭意研究を行った結果、次の粉末含有油中水型乳化化粧料が上記の目的を達成することを確認し本発明を完成するに至った。
すなわち、本発明は、環状シリコーン4〜6量体のうち一種又は二種以上を10〜40重量%、モノイソステアリン酸ソルビタン及び/又はモノイソステアリン酸ジグリセリルを0.5〜5重量%、メチルシロキサン網状重合体及び/又は架橋型シリコーン末を0.5〜10重量%、酸化チタンを0.5〜20重量%、及び水を20〜70重量%含有することを特徴とする粉末含有油中水型乳化化粧料にある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の構成を説明する。
本発明に用いられる環状シリコーン4〜6量体は、下記の一般式で示され、これらのうち一種又は二種以上を組み合わせて用いるものである。

また、本発明に用いられる環状シリコーン4〜6量体の含有量は、それを含有する粉末含有油中水型乳化化粧料の総量を基準として、10〜40重量%であり、好ましくは15〜30重量%である。すなわち、これが10重量%未満では優れた使用感が得られず、一方、40重量%を超えるとシリコーン油独特の油性感が強まり、使用感を悪くしてしまう。

本発明に用いられるモノイソステアリン酸ソルビタン及び/又はモノイソステアリン酸ジグリセリルの含有量は、それを含有する粉末含有油中水型乳化化粧料の総量を基準として、0.5〜5重量%であり、好ましくは1〜3重量%である。すなわち、これが0.5重量%未満では粉末の分散性が悪くなり、一方、5重量%を超えると、のびの重さ等が生じる。

本発明に用いられるメチルシロキサン網状重合体及び/または架橋型シリコーン末として、化粧料としての使用性(例えば感触等)の点から、メチルシロキサン網状重合体は東芝シリコーン社製のトスパールシリーズの使用が好ましく、また、架橋型シリコーン末は東レ・ダウコーニング・シリコーン社製のトレフィルEシリーズの使用が好ましい。トレフィルEシリーズの使用に際しては、そのまま用いても構わないが、ビーズミル、擂潰機等を用いて、その凝集を解き、使用する方がより好ましい。

また、本発明に用いられるメチルシロキサン網状重合体及び/又は架橋型シリコン末の配合量は、それを含有する粉末含有油中水型乳化化粧料の総量を基準として、0.5〜10重量%であり、好ましくは1〜5重量%である。すなわち、これが0.5重量%未満では、滑らかで、自然な仕上がりを実現できず、更に保存安定性の低下もみられる。また、10重量%を超えると優れた使用感が得られない。

また、本発明に用いられる酸化チタンの含有量は、それを含有する粉末含有油中水型乳化化粧料の総量を基準として、0.5〜20重量%であり、好ましくは3〜10重量%である。すなわち、これが0.5重量%未満では、隠蔽効果が低く、メイクアップ化粧料、日焼け止め化粧料としての目的を達成することができず、一方、20重量%を超えると、感触が重くなってしまう。
