2. Description of the Related Art An electrode plate for purifying wastewater containing oil based on the charge ion method is arranged such that a required number of anode plates and cathode plates are alternately arranged and kept at a predetermined distance from each other. It is made up of equipment. Then, foreign matter adheres to the surface of each electrode plate due to the electrolytic treatment. Further, in the case of the waste water for washing the leather, since a large amount of oil and fat is contained, such foreign matter adhesion to the electrode plate was particularly remarkable.

In the method of removing the foreign matter adhered to the electrode based on the above aeration action, the oil and fat component separated and removed by the electrolysis purification action is released and suspended again in the waste water. However, this may cause a problem that the electrode plate adheres again or adheres to the tank wall. Further, there is a problem that the oil and fat component separated and removed by the purifying action is stirred and suspended again due to the bubbles. In other words, the solidified fat and oil component is returned to the waste water in its original state and floats due to the aeration, so that the above removal method cannot be called the best means. The present invention provides a new cleaning method that solves the above problems in the conventional art.

Reference numeral 3 is a current-carrying cord for the anode plate 1, and 4 is a current-carrying cord for the cathode plate 2. By applying a predetermined amount of electricity between the two cords, an electrolytic action is exerted between the electrode plates. Therefore, the oil-containing wastewater contained in the tank containing the electrode is subjected to a purification treatment based on the so-called charge ion method.

The present invention relates to a method of cleaning an electrode plate having the above-mentioned configuration for removing dirt such as oil and fat adhered to the electrode plate. That is, according to the present invention, a high voltage of 2 to 10 times or more the voltage applied at the time of purification is applied to each of the electrode plates 1 and 2 described above, thereby causing the electrode plates 1 and 2 to generate heat and the vicinity of the electrode plates. It is designed to remove adhered stains such as fats and oils by rapidly generating bubbles.

At this point, the voltage of about 8 V is normally applied to each electrode plate 1, 2, and therefore, the voltage of twice or more is required for the above-mentioned heat generation of the electrode plate. The high voltage energization time is a short time of about several seconds to several tens of seconds.

Further, the electrolytic current is constantly detected during the cleaning work, and when the electrode current is reduced due to the contamination of the electrode plates, the high voltage supply for removing the above-mentioned contamination is automatically applied to each electrode plate. If this is done, the management of the electrodes will be significantly streamlined.

According to the present invention, the required number of the anode plates 1 and the cathode plates 2 are arranged side by side and fixed in an alternating manner with a predetermined gap therebetween. 2, a high voltage of about 2 to 10 times the voltage applied at the time of the purification process is applied, which causes the electrodes 1 and 2 to generate heat and rapidly generate a large amount of bubbles near the electrodes. Since the attached dirt such as oil and fat is removed, the dirt on the electrode plate can be removed very well. And unlike the conventional aeration means, the waste water in the tank is not agitated and is performed in a very quiet state. Therefore, it is possible to unnecessarily stir the dirt foreign matter floating in the waste water. There is no end. Further, since the method of the present invention exerts a very good cleaning effect on oil and fat stains, it is particularly suitable as a method for cleaning the electrode plate for purification treatment with respect to the cleaning wastewater of leather containing a remarkably large amount of oil and fat.
