DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention
In the package formed by bag-making the film described in Japanese Patent No. 075, in order for the consumer to take out the viscous substance,
When the viscous material and the film are peeled off, there is a problem in the so-called meat separation property that the viscous material adheres to the film side. If the meat separation property is poor, the amount of the viscous substance used is substantially reduced, and it is complicated to collect the viscous substance adhered to the film side.

In order to improve the meat separating property, there is also a means as described in JP-B-57-6947 on the inner surface of the package which comes into contact with the viscous material. However, when filling a viscous material into a package formed by making a film bag, even if the portion of the package to be sealed is handled, the viscous material is buried in the minute uneven surface and the viscous material is to be sealed. Therefore, it becomes difficult to remove the viscous substance, and thus the viscous substance remains attached to the seal portion, resulting in a decrease in seal strength and a poor appearance of the package.

Further, the one described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-40829 is a so-called rocket package in which both ends of a tube are mechanically bound by metal binding members as a package having a relatively good meat separation property. The body is widely used as a package for hams and sausages.
However, in this package, since the metal binding member is used, there arises a problem that it becomes difficult to inspect whether or not foreign matter is mixed in the stored items.

[Function] A tubular package is formed from a film in which an outer layer made of a heat-shrinkable resin and an inner layer made of a heat-fusible resin are laminated, and then the lower end of the tubular package is horizontally sealed and then filled with a viscous substance. Then, after handling the upper end of the tubular package, it is laterally sealed. At this time, the viscous substance that comes into contact with the inner layer, which is the heat-welding resin, is removed well from the seal portion by handling.
The strength of the lateral seal is sufficiently maintained. Then, the filled and sealed package is immersed in warm water to shrink the laminated film. At this time, the heat conduction due to the dipping acts uniformly on the outer surface of the package, and the entire package contracts well, so that the viscous substance is pressed and the package filled with the viscous substance is also compressed. The appearance shape of is improved, and the peeling property of the package when the package is opened is improved. Further, since the package filled with the viscous material does not use the metal binding member, it is possible to inspect the foreign matter in the stored item by a metal detector or the like.
