The viscous material that had poor properties and was in contact with the inner surface of the package remained on the inner surface and was difficult to take out, and the operation was extremely troublesome. The unextracted viscous material remaining in the package after removing the viscous material is discarded together with the package, and a relatively large amount of the waste may be generated. In addition to significantly lowering the extraction yield, the disposal of the waste has environmental problems.

For bags filled with viscous materials such as kneaded dough, the characteristics are different from the releasability when turning over the film in the opening part and taking out, causing many problems in the bag making properties and filling and packaging characteristics of the bags. .

A transfer roll 6 driven to rotate is laid horizontally so as to be immersed in the emulsifier d, and a press roll 7 is provided above the transfer roll 6 so as to correspond to the transfer roll 6. During this time, the sealant layer 2 in the multilayer film C is supplied so as to face downward, so that the emulsifier d attached to the surface of the transfer roll 6 is drawn onto the transfer roll 6 together with the extraction of the multilayer film C. The coating is uniformly transferred to the surface of the sealant layer 2 of the contacting multilayer film C. After coating, the coating is sufficiently dried at a predetermined drying temperature.

In order to satisfy the property, and to improve the peeling property at the time of taking out, a specific thin film structure is required, and when the coating amount of the emulsifier d is too large or too small, the present invention is carried out. Since the film 3 having a regular molecular arrangement cannot be formed as in the example, it is preferable that this coating step is performed under a certain condition.

It has a surface state of so-called pure water of 768 or more with a wetting index value of 70 dyn / cm or more. When the coating amount of the emulsifier d is 0.4 g / m 2 or more, there is a disadvantage that the surface sticking becomes large, and the solid coating amount is 0.05 g.

Therefore, the amount of the viscous material adhering to the inside of the package and being discarded is extremely small, and the viscous material can be easily peeled from the bag when the package is opened. Taking advantage of these features, it can be suitably used for a relatively large viscous food filled package for business use. And so on.
