Description

【発明の詳现な説明】 産業䞊の利甚分野 本発明は、たずえばプラスチツクボトル党の容
噚をブロヌ成圢するために予備的に成圢される延
䌞成圢甚パリ゜ンに関し、特に有底状のパリ゜ン
に関する。
埓来の技術 埓来PET容噚ポリ゚チレンテレフタレヌト
暹脂補容噚等のブラスチツクボトルは、䟋えば
第図に瀺すようなパリ゜ンを予備成圢
しおおいお、このパリ゜ンに圧瞮空気を吹
蟌んで膚らたせるブロヌ成圢により、第図に
瀺すような最終補品たる䞭空の容噚を成圢しお
いた。
パリ゜ンは容噚胎郚ずなるべき円筒
状の偎壁郚ず、容噚底郚ずなるべき底
壁郚ずを有する有底円筒圢状で、射出成圢
によ぀お成圢される。この偎壁郚ず底壁郚
の厚みは最終補品たる容噚の厚みが芁求
する寞法ずなるように蚭定されおいた。即ち、ブ
ロヌ成圢時にあ぀おはパリ゜ンの底壁郚
の近傍が延䌞成圢されるず郚分的に薄肉にな
るために第図に瀺すように底壁郚党䜓
の厚肉を倧きくしおいた。それ故、埓来の容噚は
底郚に必芁量以䞊の材料が存圚しおいる。
発明が解決しようずする問題点 しかし斯かる埓来䟋の堎合には、パリ゜ン
の底壁郚党䜓の肉厚を倧きくしおいるの
で、材料コストが嵩む。たた肉厚が厚いのでパリ
゜ンの射出成圢時における暹脂の冷华効率
が悪く、そのためパリ゜ンの成圢に時間が
かかり生産効率が悪く倧量生産にも限界があ぀
た。
このような問題を解決するために、第図に
瀺すように底壁郚の肉厚を薄くするず、材
料も少なく冷华効率も向䞊するものの、第図
に瀺すようにブロヌ成圢埌の容噚底郚の近傍
′の肉厚が薄くな぀おしたい、匷床䜎䞋をき
たし、容噚萜䞋時等においお容易に砎損するお
それが生じる。
ここでブロヌ成圢時におけるパリ゜ン底壁郚
の延䌞状態を怜蚎するず、第図に瀺すよ
うにその䞭心点O′付近はほずんど延䌞されない
ので、容噚底郚の䞭心点O′付近が最も脆匱
になり、その近傍が薄肉ずなり匷床の䜎䞋を生じ
るこずがわか぀た。
本発明は、䞊蚘した埓来䟋の問題点を解決する
ためになされたもので、その目的ずするずころ
は、パリ゜ンの底壁郚内面に郚分的に肉盛り郚を
蚭けるこずによ぀お、ブロヌ成圢埌の容噚底郚の
肉厚が郚分的に薄肉になるのを防ぎ、曎に、ブロ
ヌ成圢埌の容噚胎郚ず容噚底郚ずの肉厚を均䞀化
し、か぀、底郚の材料を最小量に抑え、も぀お匷

に、さらに冷华効率を高めおパリ゜ンの生産性向
䞊を図るこずにある。
問題点を解決するための手段 䞊蚘目的を達成するために、本発明にあ぀お
は、ブロヌ成圢時に内郚䞭空の容噚胎郚ずなるべ
き筒状の偎壁郚ず、容噚底郚ずなるべき底壁郚ず
を連続させお構成した有底筒状のパリ゜ンにおい
お、前蚘底壁郚の肉厚を偎壁郚の肉厚よりも薄肉
に蚭定し、か぀、前蚘底壁郚の内呚面に該底壁郚
の䞭心から半埄方向倖方に向぀お順次薄肉ずなる
肉盛り郚を蚭けお成るこずを特城ずする。
䜜甚 而しおブロヌ成圢時にパリ゜ン底壁郚は半埄方
向倖方に延䌞され、その䞭心点の近傍が呚蟺的に
比べお郚分的に延䌞量が倧きくな぀お肉厚が郚分
的に薄くなろうずするが、その分肉盛り郚を蚭け
るこずによ぀お捕われおブロヌ成圢埌の容噚底郚
の肉厚が郚分的に薄肉になるのを防ぐこずができ
る。たた、ブロヌ成圢時、バリ゜ンず底壁郚は偎
壁郚に比べお半埄方向の延䌞量が少ないが、予め
底壁郚の肉厚は偎壁郚の肉厚よりも薄肉に蚭定し
おあるため、結果的にブロヌ成圢埌の容噚胎郚ず
容噚底郚ずの肉厚が均䞀化される。
実斜䟋 以䞋に、本発明を図瀺の実斜䟋に基づいお説明
する。
第図乃至第図には本発明の䞀実斜䟋に係る
パリ゜ンを瀺しおおり、本実斜䟋においおも、
第図に瀺した埓来䟋ず同様の容噚をブロヌ
成圢するものずする。このパリ゜ンは䟋えばポ
リ゚ステル等の熱加塑性暹脂より成り、その圢状
は抂略有底円筒圢状で容噚胎郚ずなるべき円
筒状の偎壁郚ず、容噚底郚ずなるべき底壁
郚を連続させお構成されおいる。偎壁郚の開
口偎端郚には容噚の口頚郚が圢成されおい
る。口頚郚は図瀺しない容噚の蓋䜓が螺着
されるねじ郚ず該ねじ郚の䞋端に蚭けたフラ
ンゞ郚ずから構成されおいる。
䞀方パリ゜ンの底壁郚は断面円匧状に䞞め
られおおり、内、倖面は半球面状にな぀おいる。
このパリ゜ンは、ブロヌ成圢した際に容噚の
容噚胎郚B1ず容噚底郚B2ずの肉厚が均䞀ずなる
ように、予め第図に瀺す劂く底壁郚の肉厚を
偎壁郚の肉厚よりも薄肉に蚭定されおいる。そ
しおパリ゜ンの底壁郚内面には、この底壁郚
の䞭心点パリ゜ンの䞭心軞線ず底壁郚
の亀点から半埄方向倖方に向か぀お順次薄肉
ずなる肉盛り郚が郚分的に突蚭されおいる。す
なわち肉盛り郚は断面波圢状に突出しおおり、
底壁郚の䞭心点を頂点ずしお半埄方向倖方に
向぀お埐々に薄くな぀おいる。肉盛り郚の肉厚
、盎埄及び曲率はブロヌ成圢すべき容噚の
圢状、倧きさ、即ち容噚底郚の盎埄、肉厚さ
らに容噚胎郚の長さ等ずから決定するもので
ある。因みに底壁郚の肉盛り郚の肉厚はパリ
゜ンの最倧肉厚郚の肉厚より倧きくならないのが
奜たしくその盎埄はばりの盎埄よりも倧き
くする必芁がある。
も぀ずも肉盛り郚の圢状ずしおは、䞊蚘した
波圢状に限らず、たずえば第図乃至に瀺す
ように、円匧状、台圢状、山圢状等の皮々の圢状
のものを遞択できる。
第図には、䞊蚘パリ゜ンの補造方法の䟋
を瀺しおいる。すなわちは射出成圢甚の金型で
あり、この金型には、パリ゜ンの倖呚面に察
応する凹所内にパリ゜ンの内呚面に察応す
るコアが挿入されおおり、この凹所内呚
面ずコア倖呚面ずの間に溶融暹脂材料を泚入
するキダビテむが圢成されおいる。そしお図瀺
しない射出成圢機から溶融暹脂材料を泚入するた
めのゲヌトは凹所の奥端、すなわち成圢
すべきパリ゜ンの底壁郚偎に開口成圢されお
いる。そしおコアには、䞊蚘パリ゜ン内呚
面に蚭けた肉盛り郚に察応する凹郚が凹
蚭されおいる。埓぀お肉盛り郚の圢状を倉曎す
る堎合には、コアを亀換するだけで良い。
而しおパリ゜ンを補造する堎合には射出成圢
機によ぀お加熱溶融された暹脂材料をゲヌト
から金型のキダビテむ内に泚入充填する。暹
脂材料を泚入した埌、キダビテむ内の暹脂材料
の冷华硬化を行なう。この堎合パリ゜ンの底壁
郚は肉盛り郚においお郚分的に厚肉にな぀お
いるだけで、しかも第図に瀺した埓来のパリ
゜ンに比べお衚面積は倧きく冷华効率は高い。
埓぀お冷华硬化時間は短く、暹脂材料の充填から
離型たでの加工サむクルを短くでき、䞀定時間内
におけるパリ゜ンの生産数を倚くするこずがで
き、生産性を高めるこずができる。
たた぀のパリ゜ンの成圢に必芁な暹脂材料
の量は埓来のパリ゜ンに比べお少なくするこず
ができ、材料費の䜎枛を図るこずができる。
ここで、射出成圢されたパリ゜ンの底壁郚
倖呚面にはゲヌトの分のばりが圢成される
が、このばりの倧きさは、パリ゜ンの倧き
さ、圢状等によ぀お決定され、極力小さくしおい
る。そしおパリ゜ン底壁郚内呚面に圢成した
肉盛り郚の盎埄は、ばりの盎埄よりも倧きく
な぀おいる。
次に䞊蚘したパリ゜ンを甚いお容噚をブロ
ヌ成圢する成圢工皋に぀いお第図及び第図に
基づいお説明する。図においお、はブロヌ成圢
甚の金型であり、この金型は抂略容噚の胎郚
を成圢する割型ず、容噚底郚を成圢
する底型ず、容噚の口頚郚を成圢するネ
ツク型から成぀おいる。䞀方は、パリ゜ン
をその軞線方向に延䌞するための延䌞棒であ
り、図瀺しない駆動源によ぀お金型内に装着さ
れたパリ゜ン内にその口頚郚偎から出没自
圚に挿入される。そしお、この延䌞棒ずパリ゜
ンの内面ずの空間に圧瞮空気等の流䜓が通る流
䜓通路が蚭けられおいる。
䞊蚘装眮においおブロヌ成圢は次のようにしお
行なわれる。たず適圓な枩床に加熱されたパリ゜
ンを第図に瀺すように金型内に装着する。
぀ぎにパリ゜ンの底壁郚が底型ず接觊す
る盎前たで延䌞棒を䌞長させながら、流䜓通路
から圧瞮流䜓を吹き蟌んで延䌞する。ここ
で、パリ゜ンの射出成圢時に底壁郚倖呚に突
出したゲヌトのはりは予め陀去しおおけば
よい。も぀ずもこのばりの凊理はブロヌ成圢時
に凊理をするようにしおもよい。
䞊蚘延䌞棒による延䌞の際、延䌞棒に蚭け
られた吹蟌孔を通぀お圧瞮空気等が延䌞䞭の
パリ゜ン内にパリ゜ンず延䌞棒ずの密着を
防止するために送入される。この時点では䞻ずし
お偎壁郚が軞方向に延䌞される。
さらに、パリ゜ン内に第図に瀺すように流
䜓通路を通぀お圧瞮空気が高圧䞋で吹蟌たれ
おパリ゜ンの偎壁郚が半埄方向倖方に膚らん
で金型内面に密着する。䞀方、底壁郚もその
䞭心点の近傍から薄肉化されながら半埄方向倖
方に拡がり、その倖面が底型内面に密着す
る。
すなわち、底壁郚内面に蚭けられた肉盛り郚
は、第図乃至に瀺すように底壁郚が薄
肉化されるのに䌎぀お半埄方向倖方に拡がる。し
たが぀お、ブロヌ成圢完了埌の容噚底郚の肉
厚は、第図に瀺すように第図に瀺した埓来
䟋ず比范しお、最も薄肉ずなる底郚䞭心点
O1近傍に拡が぀お底郚の肉厚を均䞀化させ
る。したが぀お容噚の肉厚は胎郚から底郚
にかけお均䞀ずなり、容噚底郚の匷床䜎
䞋が防止できる。たた、ブロヌ成圢時、パリ゜ン
の底壁郚は偎壁郚に比べお半埄方向の延䌞
量が少ないが、予め底壁郚の肉厚は偎壁郚の
肉厚よりも薄肉に蚭定しおあるため、結果的にブ
ロヌ成圢埌の容噚胎郚B1ず容噚底郚B2ずの肉厚
が均䞀化される。
ここで、底壁郚倖呚面に突出しおいるばり
はブロヌ成圢されおも、第図に瀺すようにばり
が偏平に若干拡がるだけで容噚底郚の肉厚
の均䞀化には寄䞎しない。
たた容噚を食品容噚等にする堎合は、第
図に瀺すように䞭間䜓にガスバリア性のある
玠材、たずえば、゚バヌルEVAL゚チレン
−ビニルアルコヌル共重合䜓を甚い、䞡偎に
PETポリ゚チレンテレフタレヌトを積局構造
させたものが甚いられるが、このような積局構造
のものに぀いおも同様に適甚し埗るものである。
発明の効果 本発明は以䞊の構成および䜜甚から成るもの
で、パリ゜ン底壁郚内面に䞀郚肉盛り郚を蚭けた
ので、ブロヌ時に延䌞しお郚分的に薄肉になる傟
向のある容噚底郚䞭心点近傍の肉厚は、肉盛り郚
によ぀お補なわれお呚蟺の肉厚ず均䞀化するこず
ができ、容噚底郚の匷床を確保するこずができ
る。たた、ブロヌ成圢時、パリ゜ンの底壁郚は偎
壁郚に比べお半埄方向の延䌞量が少ないが、予め
底壁郚の肉厚は偎壁郚の肉厚よりも薄肉に蚭定し
おあるため、結果的にブロヌ成圢埌の容噚胎郚ず
容噚底郚ずの肉厚が均䞀化される。たた、このよ
うにパリ゜ン底壁郚内面に郚分的に肉盛り郚を蚭
けるだけで容噚底郚の匷床を確保するこずができ
るので、埓来のように底壁郚党䜓を厚肉にする堎
合に比べお、材料コストを䜎枛するこずができ
る。たた、郚分的に肉盛り郚を蚭けただけなので
射出成圢時の冷华効率は高く、生産胜率を工堎さ
せるこずができ、量産効果を高めるこずができ
る。

    ゜ンにおいお、 前蚘底壁郚の肉厚を偎壁郚の肉厚よりも薄肉に
    蚭定し、か぀、前蚘底壁郚の内呚面に該底壁郚の
    䞭心から半埄方向倖方ぞ向぀お順次薄肉ずなる肉
    盛り郚を蚭けお成るこずを特城ずする延䌞成圢甚
    パリ゜ン。  前蚘肉盛り郚の埄は前蚘底壁郚の倖呚面䞭倮
