Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、Paecilomyces lilacinus菌株の胞子と殺線虫剤担体 とからなる殺線虫菌剤であって、そのP.lilacinus菌株が乳酸脱水素 酵素Aに関してP.lilacinus菌株251と同じアロチーム型を有する ものであることを特徴とする殺線虫菌剤。 2、そのP.lilacinus菌株が乳酸脱水素酵素Aおよび乳酸脱水素酵素 Cに関してP.lilacinus菌株251と同じアロチーム型を有するもの である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の殺線虫菌剤。 3、そのP.lilacinus菌株が乳酸脱水素酵素A、乳酸脱水素酵素C、 ならびにアスパラギン酸アミノ基転移酵素C、フルクトース−1,6−ジフオス フアターゼ、フオスフオグリセレートムターゼ及びヘキソキナーゼから選択した 少なくとも1つの酵素に関してP.lilacinus菌株251と同じアロチ ーム型を有するものである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の殺線虫菌剤。 4、そのP.lilacinus菌株が33℃よりも高いかあるいはそれと等し い温度において成育しないものである、請求の範囲第1ないし3項のいずれかに 記載の殺線虫菌剤。 5、殺線虫剤担体とP.lilacinus菌株の胞子とからなる殺線虫菌剤で あって、その菌株が菌株251、菌株252、菌株253、菌株254及びそれ らの組合せからなる群から選択したものであることを特徴とする殺線虫菌剤。 6、その菌株が菌株251である、請求の範囲第5項に記載の殺線虫菌剤。 7、その胞子が担体1gにつき約1×105ないし約1×1010個/gの濃度 で存在する、請求の範囲第1ないし6項のいずれかに記載の殺線虫菌剤。 8、その胞子が担体1gにつき約5×107ないし約5×109個/gの濃度で 存在する、請求の範囲第7項に記載の殺線虫菌剤。 9、粉末又はペレット形に製剤としたものである、請求の範囲第1ないし8項の いずれかに記載の殺線虫菌剤。 10、その殺線虫剤担体がP.lilacinus菌株の胞子をその胞子が動物 の消化管を通る間保護しそしてそのP.lilacinus菌株の感染珠芽が動 物の糞のなかに排泄されるようにするものである、請求の範囲第1ないし9項の いずれかに記載の殺線虫菌剤。 11、有効量のP.lilacinus菌株の感染珠芽を適用することからなる 作物の線虫感染を抑制する方法であって、該菌株が乳酸脱水素酵素Aに関してP . lilacinus菌株251と同じアロチーム型を有するものであること を特徴とする前記方法。 12、そのP.lilacinus菌株が乳酸脱水素酵素Aおよび乳酸脱水素酵 素Cに閲してP.lilacinus菌株251と同じアロチーム型を有するも のである、請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。 13、そのp.lilacinus菌株が乳酸脱水素酵素A、乳酸脱水素酵素C 、ならびにアスパラギン酸アミノ基転移酵素C、フルクトース−1,6−ジフオ スフアターゼ、フオスフオグリセレートムターゼ及びヘキソキナーゼから選択し た少なくとも1つの酵素に関してp.lilacinus菌株251と同じアロ チーム型を有するものである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 14、そのp.lilacinus菌株が33℃よりも高いかあるいはそれと等 しい温度において成育しないものである、請求の範囲第11ないし13項のいず れかに記載の方法。 15、そのp.lilacinus菌株が菌株251、菌株252、菌株253 及び菌株254からなる群から選択したものである、請求の範囲第11ないし1 4項のいずれかに記載の方法。 16、そのp.lilacinus菌株が菌株251である、請求の範囲第11 ないし15項のいずれかに記載の方法。 17、そのp.lilacinus菌株を殺線虫剤担体と組合せて施すものであ る、請求の範囲第11ないし16項のいずれかに記載の方法。 18、作物が農作物、鑑賞用植物、苗木、1年生植物、又は多年生植物である、 請求の範囲第11ないし17項のいずれかに記載の方法。 19、作物がじゃがいも、バナナ、トマトおよびパイタップルからなる群から選 択するものである、請求の範囲第11ないし18項のいずれかに記載の方法。 20、p.lilacinus菌株を植物の植付け時に施すものである、請求の 範囲第11ないし19項のいずれかに記載の方法。 21、p.lilacinus菌株を植物の植付け前に種子に被覆するものであ る、請求の範囲第11ないし20項のいずれかに記載の方法。 22、その方法が、塊茎をp.lilacinus菌株の水性懸濁液に浸せきす ることからなるもである、請求の範囲第17ないし21項のいずれかに記載の方 法。 23、その方法が、p.lilacinus菌株の水性懸濁液をバナナ畑マット に施すものである、請求の範囲第17ないし21項のいずれかに記載の方法。 24、請求の範囲第10項に記載の殺線虫菌剤の有効量を動物に投与することか らなる、動物の糞の中の線虫を駆除する方法。 25、実質的に純粋な形のPaecilomyces lilacinus菌株 251(AGAL89/030550)。 26、実質的に純粋な形のPaecilomyces lilacinus菌株 252。 27、実質的に純粋な形のPaecilomyces lilacinus菌株 253。 28、実質的に純粋な形のPaecilomyces lilacinus菌株 254。
