The soles described in the above-mentioned conventional technology have poor workability because it is necessary to forcibly shape the walnut skin into the shape of a dish when attaching the walnut skin to the core material, and the sole does not lose its shape when worn. There were some problems, such as being easy to wake up.

The present invention involves molding a felt made of a mixed raw material of low-melting point synthetic fibers and high-melting point synthetic fibers into a shallow dish shape while heating it to a temperature near the melting point of the low-melting point synthetic fibers. The walnut skin 1 and the walnut skin 1 are formed by cooling the walnut skin by applying pressure and cooling with a cooling mold.
A slipper characterized by having a core material 2 fitted inside, and a fastening part 4 stuck to the upper surface of the core material 2 by folding down the opening edge 3 of the walnut skin 1 inward. The present invention attempts to solve these problems by providing a bottom.

In the example shown in the figure, a mixed raw material of low melting point polyester treated at 110℃ and high melting point polyester treated at 170℃ is made into a felt shape by needle punching method, and then heat melting treatment is performed at 110℃ to 130℃. After cutting the sheet-like felt obtained in step 6 to a size slightly larger than the size of the foot, a preheated heating mold (not shown) is applied to the cut material 6 to form it into a shallow dish shape, and a heating mold is used. Immediately after removing the mold, while the molded body is in a heated state, it is pressurized and cooled by a cooling mold (not shown) to forcibly cool the molded body, thereby forming the walnut skin 1, Separately, cardboard, EVA, etc. are placed on the lower core 7 made of cotton, soft EVA, sponge, etc.
An upper core 8 made of sponge or the like is laminated to form a foot-shaped core 2, and an adhesive (not shown) is applied to the lower surface of this core 2 to insert the core 2 into the walnut skin 1. It is obtained by fitting the walnut skin 1, folding the opening edge 3 of the walnut skin 1 inward, and attaching it to the upper surface of the core material 2.

The present invention involves forming a felt made of a mixed raw material of low-melting point synthetic fibers and high-melting point synthetic fibers into a shallow dish shape while heating it to a temperature near the melting point of the low-melting point synthetic fibers. After the core material 2 is fitted into a dish-shaped walnut skin 1 formed by cooling by pressurization and cooling with a cooling mold, the opening edge 3 of the walnut skin 1 is folded inward to form the core material. 2, which allows the work of adhering the walnut skin to the core material by means of adhering it to the upper surface of 2. In other words, the work is performed while forcing the walnut skin into the shape of a dish as in the conventional example described above. The workability of production is extremely good because no walnut skin is required, and the walnut skin 1 is heated to a temperature near the melting point of the low-melting synthetic fiber, and then molded into a shallow dish shape, and this molded body is heated. Since it is constructed by cooling by pressurizing and cooling with a cooling mold, it is difficult to lose its shape and is an excellent product as a product.
