For example, for fragrances that use liquid, there are two methods: storing the liquid fragrance in a container body and vaporizing the liquid while adjusting the opening of the fragrance part at the mouth of the container body, or creating a fragrance using the container body. A dispersion member made of felt or the like is provided at the mouth of the device, one end of the suction member is connected to the dispersion member, and the other end is placed in the liquid aromatic agent, and the liquid aromatic agent is sucked up to the dispersion member using capillary phenomenon. There are methods such as bringing the dispersion member into contact with air to gradually vaporize the liquid fragrance to create a fragrance, and many products using these methods are commercially available.

As mentioned above, the conventional method of using liquid for purposes such as fragrance, deodorization, and even sterilization and vaporizing this liquid to achieve the desired purpose is to directly transfer the liquid to the container body. Since the liquid contained in the container body is directly or indirectly vaporized and diffused into the air, there are no problems when it is placed indoors or the like.

The use of a container body containing the liquid directly as described above has problems such as leakage of the liquid during use and difficulty in assembling the container body containing the liquid into an air conditioner.

In order to achieve the above object, the gas sustained release device of this invention has a porous member for holding and supplying liquid loaded in a sealable container body having a hollow part, and a porous member for holding and supplying liquid in the hollow part. A core member having a large number of capillary tube parts formed in the hollow part is disposed, and both ends of the core member are inserted into the container body from the wall surface forming the hollow part, and the ends of the core member and the porous member are brought into contact with each other. ,
The liquid impregnated into the porous member is guided into the hollow part through the core member, and is vaporized and diffused.

The material and specific shape are not limited at all, but for example, a irregularly shaped monofilament made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polyacetal, nylon, or polyolefin with many capillary tubes formed on the outer periphery of the shaft core. It is preferable to use a porous fibrous structure in which fibers are bundled together, or a porous body in which inorganic or organic microspheres are bonded or sintered, which have capillary action.

Although it can be arbitrarily adjusted by appropriately selecting the air flow rate, it is preferable to design so that the amount of vaporized liquid is 5 to 100 mg/h.

However, concentration can be prevented by impregnating the core member with a specified amount of the component with a slower evaporation rate before use.

The sustained gas release device of this invention houses a porous member impregnated with a liquid suitable for aroma, deodorization, sterilization, etc. in a container body, and a porous member is placed in a hollow part formed in the container body on the outer circumferential surface. A core member having a large number of capillary portions is provided, and each end of the core member is inserted into the container body from the wall surface forming the hollow portion, and the end of the core member and the porous member are brought into contact with each other. Therefore, the liquid impregnated into the porous member is guided into the hollow part through the core member and vaporized into the air due to the difference between the capillary force of the porous member and the capillary force of the core member. .

The sustained gas release device of this invention has a porous member impregnated with a liquid suitable for the purpose of use in a sealable container body, and a large number of capillary tubes on the outer periphery of the hollow part formed in the container body. The ends of the shaft members are inserted and held into the container body from the wall surface of the container body forming a hollow portion, and the porous member is impregnated by the capillary force of the shaft member. Since the liquid is guided into the hollow part and vaporized and dissipated, there is no risk of liquid leakage compared to conventional fragrance devices that directly contain the liquid, so the installation location and direction can be changed. It has the characteristic that there are no restrictions, and it has become possible to simply and easily incorporate it into air conditioning equipment, etc.
