Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 拡大機構部1に於けるブロツク部10と、前記
拡大機構部1に連結したベース部11との間に両
端部を突当て相互を接着して備えられた圧電素子
2を有して成る圧電素子形アクチエータに於いて
、 前記ブロツク部10と前記ベース部11或いは
前記圧電素子2の突当て部に溝12を設け、 前記溝12に接着剤13を流入し、且つ側面に
も盛り上げるようにして該溝12に突当てた前記
圧電素子2を接着したことを特徴とする圧電素子
形アクチエータ。
