Claims (55)
- 1.サンプルを液状育成培地に添加する工程、色素−形成性基質が酵素により開 裂された場合に沈澱を形成する画成された反応領域上に該色素−形成性基質を添 加する工程、 該サンプル、育成培地および色素−形成性基質を特定の微生物または微生物群の 生育に許容される温度にてインキュベートする工程、および 該特定の微生物または微生物群の存在を該画成された反応表面上の着色沈澱の存 在により検定する工程を含む、該特定の微生物または微生物群に関連する酵素の アッセイ法。
- 2.該色素−形成性基質が酵素で開裂された際に不溶性の沈澱を形成する請求の 範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 3.該色素−形成性基質が以下の式で示される置換インジゴ誘導体: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (ここで、各Rはハロゲンまたは水素原子を表す)である、請求の範囲第2項記 載の方法。
