塗料の供給量を調整できるようにし、供給される
塗料が前記圧縮空気管からの圧縮空気によつて環
状流となつて押し延ばされるように前記塗料吐出
管の開口部を壁面に沿うように折り曲げたことを
特徴とする更生管内壁ライニング塗料注入装置を
提供するものであり、供給される塗料が噴霧状に
ならないで、管壁を伝つて環状に流れることか
ら、その粘土を高くすることができ、一回塗りで
予定された膜厚の塗膜がライニングできるのであ
る。

管4を連通させ、該ライニング塗料タンク3に
は、前記圧縮空気管21より分岐した分岐管22
接続され、その分岐管22の途中に圧力調整弁5
を有し、該圧力調整弁5により任意に調整された
圧縮空気を供給できるように構成してある。 なお、前記ライニング塗料タンク3は、第2図
に示すように、タンク内の塗料の上には塗料均圧
用のフリーピストン6を浮かせ、該フリーピスト
ン6の上方は圧縮空気チヤンバー9として、前記
分岐管22が連通しライニング塗料タンク3の上
端にキヤツプ8を被せると共に、タンク3の底部
に設けた前記排出管4が前記圧縮空気管21に連
通し、その排出管4内に設けた塗料吐出管10
は、吐出した塗料が管内壁に沿うように、その開
口端側を少し曲げて形成してある。なお、更生管
1の他端側では塗料捕集器11を通して圧縮空気
を放出するようにする。

しているので、吐出した塗料は管壁を伝つて順次
流下し、塗料と圧縮空気とは管壁に沿つて気液二
相の環状流となつて流れ、結局環状の圧縮空気に
よつて塗料が環状に押し延ばされて行くので略均
等にライニングされる。 塗料の供給量は分岐管22に設けた圧力調整弁
5で圧縮空気のチヤンバー9への圧力を調整する
ことにより自由に設定でき、特に圧縮空気と塗料
の供給バランスをとることにより、任意の膜厚の
塗膜が形成できる。またライニング塗料タンク3
には別に設けた塗料混合機から適宜に塗料を補給
すれば良い。

供給される塗料が前記圧縮空気管からの圧縮空気
によつて環状流となつて押し延ばされるように前
記塗料吐出管の開口部を壁面に沿うように折り曲
げた構成とすることにより、粘度の比較的高い塗
料の供給量を、前記圧力調整弁の調整によつて圧
縮空気と見合せて調整できるので、予定した膜厚
の塗膜を一回塗りで均等に形成させることができ
ると云う優れた効果を奏する。
