整然と詰め込むのに必要な寸法精度が得られず、
詰め込み方が乱雑になり贈答品としては不適格で

縁に乗り上げ、箱をつぶしてしまうこともある。

は、上面が開口した箱を水平方向に移送し、箱の
移送に同期して位置決め板を降下させて箱の内壁
に当接させることにより箱の位置決めをするとと
もに、保持部で物品を保持し、位置決め板をガイ
ドとして保持部を降下させてこの保持部で保持し
た物品を箱内に詰め込むことを特徴とし、またそ
の装置は、上面が開口した箱を水平方向に移送す
る移送装置と、箱の移送位置を検出するセンサ
と、昇降動するように備えられた位置決め板及び
この位置決め板とは別個に昇降動するように備え
られて物品を保持する保持部を有するとともに前
記移送装置の上方に備えられた詰込機と、前記保
持部に物品を供給するフイーダと、前記センサか
らの検出信号を基に、箱の移送に同期して位置決
め板を降下させて箱の内壁に当接させることによ

イドとして保持部を降下させてこの保持部で保持
した物品を箱内に詰め込むように前記詰込機を制
御する制御装置と、で構成したことを特徴とす
