る自動測定装置であつて、 孔の半径方向に変位可能な少なくとも1つの接
触子を有する内径測定ゲージヘツドと、 被測定物の孔に対応した複数の内径測定ゲージ
ヘツドをそれぞれ対応した各孔の半径方向に揺動
可能な状態で、かつ、所定位置に復帰させる付勢
手段を介して支持するとともに、これらの複数の
内径測定ゲージヘツドを支持したまま被測定物の
被測定面に対して進退可能に設けられたゲージユ
ニツトと、 このゲージユニツトを進退駆動するユニツト駆
動機構と、 を具備したことを特徴とする自動測定装置。 (2) 請求項1に記載の自動測定装置において、
