【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の要旨は、天井ク
レーンを介してコイル吊り具で薄鋼帯のコイルを移動す
る際に、各コイルの下部に取付けジグを介してIDプレ
ートを敷設し、IDプレートにはコイルの現品情報を記
憶させておき、天井クレーンの下部近傍にアンテナ装置
を敷設し、天井クレーンがコイルに近づいた際、IDプ
レートからマイクロ波で上記現品情報をアンテナ装置に

のコイル3を移動する際に、各コイル3の下部にIDプ
レート5をつけておき、天井クレーン1の下部近傍のコ
イル吊り具2に敷設したアンテナ装置6でIDプレート
5からのマイクロ波を検出する。IDプレート5はバー
コードや自動マーキングと並んで生産管理用データキャ
リアとして注目されており、メーカー数社より既に市販
されている。このIDプレート5にコイル3の現品番号
、サイズ、重量、製造履歴等の現品情報を記憶させ、こ
れらの情報をマイクロ波を介してアンテナ装置6から読
み取ることができる。読み取られた情報はクレーン運転
室端末7から誘導無線8を介して地上局9へ送られ、ホ
ストCPU10に取り込まれる。また、置場番地情報は
クレーンのオペレータによりクレーン搭載端末から入力
するか、クレーンの横行、走行位置検出器により置場内
の置場番地を自動的に読み込むことにより地上局9へ送
られる。現品管理用CPUで読み込まれた番地情報と現
品情報で、現品管理用CPUに記憶されている在庫情報
11と照合することにより棚卸しを行う。このようにク
レーン上から直接コイル現品認識が行えるので在庫情報
11の正確な把握ができ、これまでハンド作業で行って

薄鋼帯のコイルを移動する際に、各コイルの下部に取付
けジグを介してIDプレートを敷設し、IDプレートに
はコイルの現品情報を記憶させておき、天井クレーンの
下部近傍にアンテナ装置を敷設し、天井クレーンがコイ
ルに近づいた際、IDプレートからマイクロ波で上記現
品情報をアンテナ装置に送信する事を特徴とする薄鋼帯
