おけるキヤツプの装着状態の一例を示す部分断面
図、第4図は上記治療具におけるキヤツプの装着
状態の他の例を示す部分断面図、第5図は上記治
療具の金属コイルを芯線に保持させてカテーテル
から押し出した状態を示す断面図、第6図は上記
治療具の金属コイルから芯線を抜き出して形状復
帰させた状態を示す断面図、第7図は従来の拡張
具を用いて血管の狭窄部を拡張する方法を示す図
である。
図中、11は金属コイル、12aは一次コイル
、12bは二次コイル、13は線材、14は頭部
、15はキヤツプ、16は挿通孔、17は芯線、
18はプツシヤー、21はカテーテル、31は血
管である。

Claims (1)

が前記一次コイルの頭部に係合し、前記一次コイ
ルを直線状に維持させる芯線と、 この芯線の外周に配置され、先端が前記一次コ
イルに装着された前記キヤツプに係合し、前記芯
線を前記一次コイルから抜き出すとき、前記一次
コイルの後退を阻止するチユーブ状のプツシヤー
とを備えていることを特徴とする管状器官の治療
具。 (2) 前記金属コイルが体温より低い温度の変態
点をもつ形状記憶合金からなる請求項1記載の管
