The sheet is known as a seeded sheet.

Furthermore, it has the advantage of preventing seeds and cultivated soil from being washed away by wind and rain.

In addition, the sheet itself becomes an obstacle to the elongation of roots and shoots, which may actually be more disadvantageous than direct sowing from the viewpoint of germination and growth.

We have been conducting extensive research to develop a method for seeding that can be done.

The present invention provides a seeding sheet characterized in that seeds are fixed with a water-soluble adhesive onto the joint side surface of the covering sheet at a position corresponding to the above.

The term water-disintegrable as used herein refers to dissolving or physically falling apart in water. Furthermore, biodegradable means that it eventually becomes an inorganic substance in a broad sense through the action of microorganisms in the soil. That is, the covering sheet used in the present invention disintegrates with water and eventually returns to soil.

Compared to covering sheet materials, use materials that are relatively difficult to disintegrate or decompose even with irrigation or natural rainfall. This is to allow the base sheet to continue to exist for an appropriate period even after the covering sheet ceases to exist, as will be described later.

A plurality of holes are provided in the base sheet, and seeds (3) are fixed with an adhesive (4) on the adhesive surface of the covering sheet portion corresponding to each person. In this case, the seeds are spaced from each other and arranged regularly or randomly. Here, examples of adhesives that can be used for fixing seeds include water-soluble natural or synthetic polymer compounds, such as starch-based ones, glue, casein, carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl methyl ether, and polyvinyl pyrrolidone. .

4) dissolves and the seeds (3) settle in the soil. Such rapid settling allows the seeds to begin normal physiological activities toward germination without being adversely affected by the sheet. The holes (5) provided in the base sheet are for not interfering with the settling. Therefore, it is preferable that the size of the hole is such that at least the seeds can pass through, and the area is less than 30 cm. If the area is too large, the seed spacing becomes too large, which reduces the seeding rate and reduces the light-shielding property. , which is unfavorable from the viewpoint of weed suppression, which will be described later.

。At this time, if a base sheet made of a material that disintegrates or decomposes relatively slowly is used, it will remain around the seeds even after the covering sheet has disappeared, preventing the soil from drying out and suppressing the rise in soil temperature. The seeding tray of the present invention is particularly suitable for stable production of low-temperature crops during high-temperature seasons. Examples of such low-temperature crops include spinach, lettuce, salad greens, Chinese cabbage, celery, peas, green beans, radish, carrots, and the like.

A black paper of 1,2 g/cm3 was obtained. The tensile strength of this paper when wet was 0.2 kg/3 cm width or more in any direction. Holes with a diameter of 1 cm were made at intervals of 2.5 cm over the entire surface of this paper to obtain a long piece with a total width of 4 Q cm.

Combined with the water retention properties derived from wood sorting and the ability to regulate soil temperature in the summer, germination and growth are promoted. Here, the covering sheet quickly decomposes or disintegrates and does not hinder the germination and growth of seeds.
