Claims (1)
- ダイヤフラム等の受圧応動壁の一方の面に圧力
設定ばねの弾性力を作用せしめ、他方の面に二次
側の流体圧力を作用せしめ、開弁方向に弾性付勢
した主弁をダイヤフラムの撓みで直接あるいはピ
ストン弁等の部材の介して開弁方向に変位せしめ
て、入口と出口の間に設けた弁口を開閉するもの
に於いて、一端を主弁に他端をケーシングの固定
壁に連結したベローズで主弁を閉弁方向に弾性付
勢せしめ、ベローズ内と弁口の二次側とを連通す
る通孔を主弁に設けた減圧弁。
