を存して対向され、かつ固定子4の内側表面と回
転子8の内側表面には、それぞれ母線と平行な多
数の凸部4a,8aが周方向に連続させて形成さ

根12により上部ケーシング6の内周面に沿わせ
て回転させ、排出口5から機外に排出し、図示し
ないバグフイルタに導入し、ここで製品と空気と
が分離され、空気は吸引送風機を経て大気中に排
