Claims (1)
- 回転自在に支持されたボールねじと、このボー
ルねじを回転される送りモータと、前記ボールね
じの外周に噛み合わせたボールナツトと、中央を
貫通して延びる中空部を備えた中空アクチユエー
タと、この中空アクチユエータのハウジングに連
結され、前記ボールねじの軸線方向に向けて移動
可能に支持されている被駆動部とを有し、前記中
空アクチユエータの前記中空部内に回転自在に前
記ボールねじが貫通しており、この中空アクチユ
エータは、中空モータと、この中空モータに隣接
配置した調和減速機とを備えており、この調和減
速機の回転力入力要素および減速回転出力要素は
、回転可能に前記中空アクチユエータのハウジン
グに支持され、前記回転入力要素は前記中空モー
タの出力側に連結され、前記減速回転出力要素は
前記ボールナツトに連結されていることを特徴と
する粗送り微細送り装置。
