本発明はテレビ信号の動き検出回路、特に色差
信号が副搬送波周波数で変調された輝度信号に重
畳されている複合カラーテレビ信号に含まれた被
写体の色信号部分の動き情報を抽出する回路に関

路14の出力には有意の差信号が現われ、動きあ

との差が減算回路4,7で算出される。減算回路
4で得られたフレーム間差信号は低域通過フイル
タ(LPF)5に入力され、その低周波成分が抽
出される。又減算回路7で算出された2フレーム
間の差信号は帯域通過フイルタ(BPF)8に入
力され、その搬送色信号帯域成分が抽出される。
既に述べたように、搬送色信号の極性は2フレー
ム周期で元に戻つており、静止画像の場合BPF
8の出力は零となる。そして、色差信号に何らか
の変化があれば、零でない有意の信号が絶対値回
路9から得られ、色信号に対する動き情報として
利用できる。従つて、絶対値回路6の出力として
得た輝度信号の動き情報と、絶対値回路9の出力
として得た色信号に対する動き情報とを加算回路
10で加えることにより、出力端子11には
NTSC信号に含まれている被写体の動き情報が得
られる。

利用した最適な動画像信号処理が実現でき、その
高性能化に大きな効果が発揮される。
