Based on this, the presence of immunoactive components is confirmed by observing with the naked eye or under a microscope. In this inspection,
Test reagents have been developed in which antigens or antibodies are supported on particulate carriers such as latex, allowing easy observation.

In conventional shaking tests, the test object, reagents, etc. are placed in a liquid reservoir (well) formed by a depression on the top surface of a shaking test plate, and the plate is shaken using a shaker or the like. .

た。 The conventional shaking test plate was published in 1978.
As disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57-201948, the upper surface of the plate body has a plurality of liquid reservoirs each having a circular opening. Such a shaking test plate is shaken in a horizontal plane so that the liquid in each liquid reservoir flows circularly along the wall surface. However, since each liquid reservoir is only a concave depression, the liquid located in the center of the liquid reservoir hardly flows even when the plate is shaken. For this reason, the test object and reagent in the liquid reservoir are not sufficiently mixed, especially in the center of the liquid reservoir.
There was a problem in that it took a long time for both reactions to occur.

Each liquid reservoir 11 has an annular shape, and the outer circumference and inner circumference of its opening are concentric circles. The protruding portion 12 surrounded by each liquid reservoir 11 has a tapered truncated cone shape or a cylindrical shape, and its upper surface is on the same plane as the upper surface of the plate body 10. The diameter of the outer periphery of the bottom of each protrusion 12 is about 1/3 to 3/4 of the diameter of the outer periphery at the opening of each liquid reservoir 11.

It can also be square. Further, these outer and inner peripheries do not need to be concentric and may be eccentric.

できる。(Effects of the invention) The shaking test plate of the invention has the following features:
Since the annular liquid reservoir 11 is formed on the upper surface of the plate main body 10, the liquid in the liquid reservoir 11 flows in one direction without stagnation during shaking. Therefore, the test object and the reagent are mixed quickly and reliably. When this shaking test plate is used for a flocculation-sedimentation reaction test, if the flocculates are large and the amount of sediment is large, the flocculation and sediments will accumulate near the protrusions 12. Therefore, if floating particles and agglomerated precipitates cannot be distinguished even by observing the entire liquid reservoir 11, the agglomerates can be observed by observing only the vicinity of the protrusion 12, and the reaction can be determined depending on their size and amount of precipitate. The degree of this can be determined.
