DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to skiing. (Prior Art) As shown in Fig. 2, recent skis are composed of a core material 1, a reinforcing member 2, and an upper and lower surface material 3, and desired marks and designs are printed on the upper surface material by screen printing. However, if it gets scratched by contact with skis or edges during use, and if used frequently, the marks and designs printed on the top material may disappear or become unrecognizable in a relatively short period of time. had. On the other hand, JP-A No. 58-163385 discloses the use of a roof-shaped upper surface component having the top at the center of the ski width, and JP-A No. 58-185182 discloses the use of a center core member. A ski is disclosed in which a keel forming auxiliary member is disposed on the ski to form a keel portion on the upper surface side. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) For this reason, in the past, skis were known in which a member called a top edge was adhered to both sides of the upper surface of the ski to prevent scratches on the design, but this had the disadvantage that it easily peeled off. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, there is a top edge protective tape 5 made of a thin plastic plate with an adhesive attached.
has also been devised, but it has the drawback that it is difficult and time-consuming to adhere it to the edge 4 of the ski top material 3 because it is difficult to conform to the shape of the side cut of the ski, and the adhesive used in the top surface protection tape is Most of them are adhesive tapes called double-sided adhesives, so
Although the peel strength is strong, the shear strength is weak, so it has the disadvantage that it can peel or come off due to shear force caused by impact stress etc. generated during sliding. Next, the skis of the two published patents are:
Both have the feature that the bending and torsional rigidity of the ski can be differentiated by forming a protrusion on the top surface, but the effects of the top edge cannot be expected, and the marks and designs printed on the top surface are easily scratched. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention improves these conventional drawbacks, is easy to manufacture, is inexpensive, and has characteristics such as bending stiffness, torsional stiffness, and vibration damping that are essential for skis. Our goal is to provide skis that can be used freely. (Example) An example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In the upper surface component 6 formed by the upper surface plate A and the reinforcing material B, the edge 7 between the upper surface plate A and the reinforcing material B
Or an upper surface component 6 in which a protrusion member 9 made of an arbitrary material is arranged at the edge 7 and center 8 positions, and a protrusion 10 having a shape corresponding to the shape of the protrusion member 9 is formed on the upper surface plate A. This is a ski 12 formed by adhering the above to the upper surface of a ski component 11 forming a ski body. As described above, in the present invention, the upper surface component 6 formed by the upper surface plate A and the reinforcing material B can be placed at a desired position on the edge 7 between the upper surface plate A and the reinforcing material B or on the edge 7 and the central portion 8. , a protruding member 9 is arranged, and a protruding portion 10 having a shape corresponding to the shape of the protruding member 9 is attached to the upper surface plate A.
However, the protruding member 9 may be a prepreg sheet based on any reinforcing fiber, an FRP board based on any reinforcing fiber, a rubber sheet, a metal plate, a plastic board, or wood or foam. body, or other members with the same effectiveness as these can be arbitrarily selected. Further, there is an advantage that the ski constituent members that form the ski body that have been used in the past can be used as they are. Furthermore, a top plate A that constitutes the top component 6 ,
Reinforcing material B includes ABS resin, polyethylene resin,
Other thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet materials may be used, or as shown in Figure 16, these thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet materials may be laminated with prepregs, stampable sheets, etc., or prepregs, stampable sheets, etc. can be used alone, so by putting the upper surface component 6 into a mold and heating it under pressure, a protrusion 10 having a shape corresponding to the shape of the protrusion member 9 is formed along the mold on the upper surface plate. In addition to accurately outputting A and improving product yield,
The finished ski also has a good appearance. In addition, in the case of the upper surface component 6 of the upper surface plate A in which a metal plate or the like is laminated in addition to the above, by adjusting the pressure of the molding die,
The protrusion 10 can be formed on the top plate A relatively easily. For reference, a part of the manufacturing process of the ski according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 6, and as shown in this figure, the upper surface component 6 in which the protrusion 10 is formed on the upper surface plate A forms the ski body. When integrally molding with the ski component 11 by adhesion, if the shape of the upper mold 13 matches the shape of the protrusion 10 of the upper surface component 6 , molding and adhesion can be performed more reliably. (Effects of the Invention) In the ski of the present invention, the protrusion member 9 is arranged on the upper surface component 6 formed by the upper surface plate A and the reinforcing member B, and the protrusion portion has a shape corresponding to the shape of the protrusion member 9. 10 is formed on the top plate A, unlike in the past, the protrusion 10 acts as a top edge and does not peel off during use, resulting in very good durability. This prevents marks and scratches on the design, making it extremely durable. In particular, by using a CFRP plate or prepreg sheet made of carbon graphite fiber for the protruding member 9, the rigidity of the ski itself can be increased, and the torsional rigidity can also be improved. On the other hand, by using a rubber sheet, a ski with high rigidity and soft vibration damping properties can be obtained. Further, as another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 17, a protruding member 9 and a protruding portion 10 are provided.
By changing the shape and position of the
Unlike conventional skis with a planar shape, it is possible to make the various characteristics of the ski different, and the degree of freedom in ski design is significantly improved. By providing the protrusions 10 on desired both side edges and the center of the upper surface component, it is possible to protect marks, designs, etc. made in the recesses between the protrusions 10, and also to protect the protrusion member 9. If a prepreg sheet made of carbon graphite fiber or other reinforcing fibers, an FRP plate, a metal plate or other strong material is used, the rigidity of the ski itself can be increased as described above, and the torsional rigidity can also be improved. In addition, if the protrusion 10 formed at the center is configured to be interrupted in a manner other than that shown in the drawings, the flexure of the interrupted portion will be improved and the rotatability will be improved. As shown in FIG. 8, by providing the protrusions 10 on desired side edges and in the vicinity of the shovel portion, there is an effect of increasing the rigidity of the shovel portion and improving the vibration damping properties of the shovel portion. In addition, if a highly rigid member is used as the protruding member 9 for forming the protruding portion 10, the rigidity of the ski itself will be significantly improved, making it a ski suitable for advanced skiers, whereas By using the member 9, the ski itself becomes flexible and becomes a ski for beginners. Skis in which all or part of the protrusion 10 is shaped into a rectangular, chevron, arch, trapezoid, or other similar shape in cross section can also be implemented, and the protrusion member 9 may be made of carbon graphite fiber, silicon carbide fiber, or any other suitable material. Prepreg sheets made of reinforcing fibers and
FRP board may be used, or wood or foam may also be used. In the former case, the stiffness and torsional rigidity of the ski itself are significantly improved, and in the latter case, the wood or foam has the effect of absorbing and attenuating the vibrations that occur when skiing, resulting in a ski with good maneuverability. Furthermore, the protrusion 10 can have both side edges low and the center part high, or conversely (not shown) can have both side edges high and the center part low, or both sides can have the same height, or the front part of the ski can be made high. Lowering the rear or making the inner edges of the skis higher than the outer edges will prevent the skis from crossing over each other during skiing. Furthermore, if the protrusion member 9 forming the protrusion 10 on the inner edge is made to have a higher rigidity than the outer edge, the bending rigidity on the inner side will be stronger, making it easier to apply edging during skiing, which will improve ski maneuverability. Beneficial. In short, the form of the protrusion member 9 and the upper surface protrusion 10
There is a correlation with the form of
The material, number, size, height, arrangement, etc. can be arbitrarily selected and implemented, such as providing the 0 all around the edge of the upper surface component, or providing it only on the edge. Thus, the ski of the present invention has good productivity and
Another feature is that skis can be freely designed with different characteristics such as flexibility, torsional rigidity, vibration damping, and appearance.
