[従来の技術及び解決しようとする問題点]従来ケーソ
ンの型枠に関しては種々のWI造が採用されていた。
しかし,これらの型枠はケーソンの仕−しり精度,型枠
の組立工程、使用回数等において種々の難点を有してい
た。
例えば特公昭55−99a3号公報にありでは,フレー
ムの下部に配設された底面型枠の七部水平而に側面型枠
の底面をa置接合しているために型枠内にコンクリート
を打設した場合、底面型枠と側面型枠との境界部分につ
なぎ目に不整合部分を生じ易く,ケーソンの強度を低下
するおそれがある。フレームの側面型枠の−E部に嵌合
される幅決め八カ棒は何度も取付け取外しをする為に同
公報の型枠は佃而型枠のし端部の損傷が早<,1E確な
寸法を保持することが難しい欠点がある。
また、従宋は,型枠の側面型板にラワン合板を用いるた
めに該合板の損傷が早く型枠の転用回数が少ない欠点が
ある。また、従来、型枠の桟木は,・定長さの桟木を型
枠の側面型板に取付けたものであるから、大小異種類の
ケーソンを製造するコンクリート型枠の桟木はその種類
に応じてそれぞれ別個の桟木を用意しなければならず不
経済でしかも製作に手間がかかる欠点がある。

上段部が肉厚のコンクリートとなっているために、最−

[作 用】
ケーソンをスデップアップ式型枠にて底部より−l.:

桟木を2枚屯ねスライド式となして大小異種のケーソン
の製造の際の型枠改造の対応を安易にし,ヤードから吊
って海におろす場合のケーソンの上段部が肉厚のコンク
リートであっても取付け取外しできる鉢巻加工板の使用
により、上段部の肉IIJコンクリートの製造が容易と
なる。
[実 施 例]
本発明の実施例を図面について説明する。
第I図イ,第l図ロ及び第1図ハは、ケーソンの型枠八
の底型枠を示すものであって、1は溝形鋼よりなる底型
枠であって,底型枠1の下端部は内側に約45゜傾斜し
ており、その上端部1bは下端傾斜部1aの上端部に連
続して垂直立上り部!bとなる。2は底型枠1との間に

第3図イは底面型枠のパンチ枠、第3図口は側面型枠の

三角形部材30と3Iをそれぞれ取付けこれらの三角形
部材の斜面に面鉄板32“を゛l1て、ナット33及び
なまし鉄v235を介して面鉄板32を腹起材36に差
渡しに橋梁した+p管バイブ33(第3図イ)または桟
木34(第3図ロ)に張設したものである。
第4図イ及び第4図口は2木の桟木な並べて長ト方向に
伸縮自在にシャッタリング梁とラーチ合板からなる側面
キ1枠50との間に介挿して、大型のケーソンあるいは
小型のケーソンの寸法に合せるように2本の桟本+7と
17’ とを゛ト行に4トベ組合せて長さを伸縮調節し
て型面板に取付けるようにしたものである。
第5図イ及び第5図口はケーソンaの汲七端部太径肉1
’,J部の打設を、既設のF部のケーソンの側壁をコン
クリート打設した型枠を使用して行う場合を示すもので
ある。ずなおち、ケーソンの下方の肉厚部のない筒形の

アピトン材よりなるL端桟木9を用いて桟木47を介し
て傾斜板44と垂直板45の内側面にコンクリート打設
を行うようにしたものである。48はシャッタリング梁
に設けたウエッジボルトを示す。また本発明はケーソン
のコンクリート打設のみならず一般構造物のコンクリー
ト打設用に用いることができる。
[発明の効果]
本発明はボI記した如く底パンチ粋にベンドパネルを使
用したことにより,ケーソンの底壁から側壁にかけて均
一のコンクリート打設を行いケーソンにrl裂専の損傷
を生ずるのを防ぐと共に、型枠−1二部にはめ込まれる
幅決め八カ棒を取付け取外しする場合側lm型枠の上部
にアピトン材(堅木)よりなるヒ端桟木8.9を設けた
ことにより,幅決め八カ棒を何度も取付け取外しを繰返
しても型枠の損傷従って型枠の精度を保持することがで
き、型枠の底面型枠及び側面型枠としてラーチ合板を使
用したことにより型枠の転用回数を増大すると共に腹起
材にアイピーム及びシャッタリング梁を組付けたことに
より、型枠の転用回数の増加を計りかつ地組(加工)の
簡素化を計ることができる。またハッチ枠に面鉄板を用
いこれを側面型枠、底面型枠等に橋架した桟木,Ql管
バイブ等にナット及びなまし鉄線により緊締したことに
よりパンチ粋の地組をm tn迅速に行うことができ、
側面型粋の桟木に互いに伸縮して長さを調節できるよう
にした2本の桟木を使用したことによりケーソンの異種
類の改造に対する対応を容易にすると共に,ケーソンの
上段部の肉厚コンクリート部のコンクリート打設を、分
解組立てできるように型面板を取付けた筒型の側面型枠
の該側面型枠を取り外すこと(鉢巻t法)により簡単に
