Among these boxes, the folding method is as follows: Among the four side plates set up on the bottom plate, one pair of the toe sides can be rotated by a hinge connected to the other, and the other is divided into two parts and hinged together. It is known that the device is folded inward to fit the size of the bottom plate by connecting side plates.

Another typical manufacturing method for this type of folding box is plastic injection molding.
There is a method in which hinges and joints are integrally formed on the edges of the bottom plate, side plates, flap plates, top frame, etc., and these are assembled into a box.

<<Means for solving the problem>> The present invention for achieving the above object includes a bottom plate,
In a collapsible box that includes a pair of side plates and a flap plate that stand upright around the four circumferences of the bottom plate, and a reinforcing frame that is fitted around each of the four circumferences of the bottom plate, the side plates, and the flap plate, at least one of the side plates It is divided into two in the vertical direction, and the divided parts and the joints with the edges of the bottom plate are hinged, and the reinforcing frames provided on the side plates and the tilting plate are connected to each other at the orthogonal corners. A pair of corner members that engage with each other are provided, and a connecting shaft bent in triaxial directions is interposed between the corner members and has a pair of upper and lower horizontal shaft portions extending perpendicularly to both ends of the vertical shaft portion. Further, the upper horizontal shaft portion was loosely fitted into the corner member on the side of the tilting plate, and the lower horizontal shaft portion was loosely fitted on the corner member on the side plate side.

<<Function>> According to the foldable box having the above configuration, the corner member is divided into two parts, and a connecting shaft serving as a rotating shaft is interposed inside. After rotating the fixed tilt plate in the horizontal direction around the upper horizontal shaft to make it parallel to the bottom plate, fold the hinged side plates inward and attach the lower horizontal axis of the corner member fitted to the upper part of the side plates. Folding is possible by rotating horizontally around the part so that it is parallel to the bottom plate.

In this case, each reinforcing frame 12a, 14 except between the reinforcing frames 14a, 12a between the lower side plate 14c and the bottom plate 12
Since a and 16a are mutually fitted or engaged in a key shape, the load on the hinge portion is reduced when stored items are placed, and durability is improved.

Then, in the assembled box, as shown in FIG. Rotate it upward so that it is almost parallel to the bottom plate 12. After that, by folding the side plate 14 inward and rotating it outward about the lower horizontal shaft portion 30c of the connecting shaft 30, the side plate 14 is folded in half onto the bottom plate 12, as shown in FIG. 4b. The side plates 14 and the tilt plate 16 can be folded in a stacked state.

In the above embodiment, the side plate is divided into upper and lower halves as shown in Fig. 1, and the pair of gate plates can be folded in the same plane in the longitudinal direction of the bottom plate, but when constructing a deep box. In this case, the number of divisions of the side plates should be increased, or the starting point and intermediate point of the bending by the hinge should be shifted from each other on the sides of the pair of side plates, and the position of the upper horizontal shaft that locks the tilting plate should be changed between the pair of sides. A box with the desired depth can be obtained by changing the length of the swivel plates mutually, that is, by changing the length of the Z-axis so that the swivel plates are folded so that they overlap one another.

<<Effects of the Invention>> As explained in detail above, the foldable box of the present invention is made of a relatively thin plastic board, corrugated board, plastic cardboard, plywood, etc., whose edges are reinforced with a reinforcing frame to reduce weight. The box is lightweight and strong because it is made of plate material and is foldable by plastic hinges and connecting shafts of corner members, and the reinforcing frames engage with each other when assembled. Furthermore, since the plate material and reinforcing frame are used in combination with continuous elongated objects, a box of any size can be obtained without being limited in size unlike conventional folding boxes made by plastic injection molding. In addition, the box of the present invention has fewer parts that make up the box than conventional products, and the manufacturing cost of reinforcing frames etc. can be made at a low cost by extrusion, so the assembly cost and parts cost can be reduced, making it an extremely new box. It's practical. Furthermore, since the corner members have a rising edge, the stacked state is also stable.
