[Conventional technology] In recent years, there has been a tendency for coal to be reconsidered as an energy resource among fossil fuels. Slurry fuel, which is made by pulverizing coal into fine particles and suspending them in water, oil, methanol, etc., is being used. It is becoming more and more common.

In the atomizer for the slurry fuel burner, the inner surface of the slurry nozzle hole is severely worn, and in the case of the alloy tool steel used in a normal oil fuel atomizer, the life is only about 10 hours, making it impractical.

To prevent this wear, conventionally, silicon carbide (SiC), which is a wear-resistant material, is used in the nozzle hole part a, as shown in Figure 3.
Insert and fit sleeves b, c or bushes made of ceramics such as silicon nitride (Si 3 N 4 ),
It is fixed to a metal plate d using an inorganic adhesive.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the gap between the inner surfaces of the holes in sleeve b and plate d is about 0.1 mm, and the particle size of the inorganic adhesive is about 0.01 mm.
~0.03 mm, and several layers of adhesive particles are formed in the gap, but since the adhesive layer is soluble in steam or hot water of 100°C or higher, it is not possible to feed it from the spray medium supply hole f of plug e. It melts due to the supplied spraying steam, causing the sleeve b to wobble, resulting in a problem.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention provides a plug having a plurality of atomizing medium supply holes around the slurry fuel supply hole, a second mixing chamber, and a second mixing chamber. and a chip having spray holes, the same number of first mixing chambers as the number of spray medium supply holes are in communication with each of the spray medium supply holes of the plug, and slurry fuel is supplied from the slurry fuel supply holes to each of the first mixing chambers. The burner was constructed by interposing a ceramic plate having a slurry fuel inlet hole for introducing the slurry fuel.

A branch chamber 9 is provided in the center of the plug 1 side end of the plate 8, and first mixing chambers 10 of the same number as the spray medium supply holes 3 are bored around the branch chamber 9. The end of the chamber 10 on the side of the plug 1 is constricted to form a spray medium inlet 11, and furthermore, a slurry fuel introduction hole 12 is provided for communicating between the branch chamber 9 and each first mixing chamber 10.

With the above structure, the plate 8 is integrally formed of ceramics, so that the atomizing steam of 100° C. or higher supplied from the atomizing medium supply hole 3 of the plug 1 reaches the atomizing medium inlet 1 of the plate 8.
When entering the first mixing chamber 10 from the first mixing chamber 10, there is no contact with the joints of the ceramics.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of another embodiment of the present invention,
In substantially the same configuration as the embodiment described above, the flow dividing chamber body 1
4 and the plate body 15 are constructed separately from ceramics, and are bonded with an inorganic adhesive with the respective slurry fuel introduction holes 16 and 17 communicating with each other. The outer diameter of the branch chamber 9' is smaller than the inscribed circle of each spray medium supply hole 13 arranged on the same circumference.

In the case of this embodiment, the spray medium supplied from the spray medium supply hole 3 comes into direct contact with the adhesive part because the space between the plate 8' and the plug 1 is highly airtight due to the high sealing finish. Of course, indirect contact can also be prevented. Therefore, the inorganic adhesive at the bonded portion is not melted by the high-temperature sprayed steam, so that the diversion chamber body 14 will not wobble.
