The present invention was developed for this purpose, by using a long material with an I-shaped cross section as the vertical member, and by bending this long material at the center to form a U-shape.
Enables reduction of horizontal wires, material reduction, weight reduction,
and to improve aesthetic appearance. Furthermore, the horizontal members are made of rectangular members and are fixed to the vertical members so that the width of the board protrudes, thereby improving strength and aesthetics.

In FIGS. 1 to 4, A is a fence body, which is attached to the pillar 4 by a connector 5. The fence body A is composed of vertical members 1 and cross members 2. The longitudinal members 1 consist of elongated members. As this elongated material, an eye bar having an I-shaped cross section and thick at both ends in the width direction is used, and is arranged so that the width direction thereof is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the fence body A. Eye bars are characterized by being lightweight and strong, and by arranging the eye bars as described above and making the width of the eye bars equal to the thickness of the fence body A, the strength can be increased.

Such a vertical member 1 has a U-shape in which a single member is bent from the center, and in this embodiment, this bent portion 10 is disposed as the upper end. A plurality of cross members 2, 2 are fixed to the upper and lower ends of the vertical member 1. As shown in FIG. 4, the horizontal members 2 are fixed to the vertical members 1 from the front and back so as to sandwich the vertical members 1, thereby improving the strength. In this embodiment, the cross members 2 are arranged at symmetrical positions on the front and back, but these positions may be shifted. Further, rectangular members are used as the cross members 2 so that the width of the rectangular members protrudes in the horizontal direction, and three rows of rectangular members are used on one side, and a total of six pieces are used at one end. By fixing the rectangular members so that their widths protrude in this manner, the bending strength can be increased. It is also preferable in terms of design and can improve aesthetics. The number of the horizontal members 2 may be decreased or increased by increasing the width and wall thickness. In this embodiment, the horizontal member 2 is not provided at the intermediate portion of the vertical member 1, but if necessary for strength reasons such as the length of the vertical member 1 being large, the horizontal member 2 may be fixed to the intermediate portion. It's okay.

In this embodiment, a flat bar is used as the support column 4, and the eye bar 7 is directly connected to the flat bar by screws and nuts. That is, as shown in FIG.
It has a structure in which it is passed through and connected at both ends with a nut 51. Since eye bar 7 has a flat part,
You can easily drill a hole here. Also, since it has thick parts at both ends, there is little strength deterioration due to holes, making it suitable for direct connection to columns. In addition, a spacer 52 is interposed between the eye bar 7 and the pillar 4,
By changing this length, errors in column span can be adjusted.

FIG. 5 shows another example of installing the cross member 2. In this example, the middle cross member 2' is formed into a corrugated shape.
It works as a diagonal member of the truss against vertical forces to improve its strength. This horizontal member 2' may be welded to the vertical member 1 at the peak of the wave so that the pitch is the same as that of the vertical member 1. Alternatively, the apex of the cross member 2' may be welded to the upper and lower cross members 2, 2. In this case, the apex of the cross member 2' does not have to match the pitch of the vertical member 1.

Further, in this embodiment, a normal pipe-shaped support is used as the support 4', and a normal band-like support is also used as the connector 5'.

As explained above, since the fence of the present invention does not use a body rim, it is possible to reduce weight and cost. Further, since the horizontal members are attached to the upper and lower ends of the fence from the front and back, and the vertical members have bent portions at the ends, the strength is increased. Furthermore, since eye bars are used as the vertical members, the strength is high and there is no need to install horizontal members in the middle.
Furthermore, the number of attachments, if any, can be significantly reduced. Further, since the eyebar has a flat part and thick parts on both sides thereof, it is easy to provide a hole in the flat part, and the strength is less likely to deteriorate due to the formation of the hole. Therefore, it is suitable for direct attachment to a pillar, and it is possible to easily simplify the structure, reduce weight, reduce cost, etc.

In addition, since rectangular timber is used as the cross member and is attached to the eye bar so that its width protrudes, it has the advantage of being strong and aesthetically pleasing.
