…パターン端子である。なお、図中の同一符号は
同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. セラミツク板の少なくとも片面に、数百ミクロ
    ン以上の厚さの銅回路パターンと、この銅回路パ
    ターンの端部が曲折されて形成されたパターン端
    子とを有する銅張りセラミツク基板と、前記の銅
    回路パターンに半田付けされた電力用半導体チツ
    プと、この銅張りセラミツク基板が収納される金
    属ケースとで構成され、この金属ケースは、金属
    ケースを構成する金属板を貫通するリードピンを
    有し、金属ケースの内側においてこのリードピン
    と前記の銅張りセラミツク基板に形成された端子
    とが直接に接続した構造になつていることを特徴
    とする電力用ハイブリツドＩＣ。
