体間に並列接続された複数の環流ダイオードと、
前記D側導体と前記複数の高速スイツチング素子
間にそれぞれ挿入された複数のヒユーズ素子と、
前記複数の高速スイツチング素子を駆動する駆動
回路とが1ユニツトとして構成され、そのユニツ
トが複数個並列接続されて成ることを特徴とする
