Claims (1)

始動してから所定時間後信号を発し、前記第１の
スイツチング素子をオンする時限回路と、前記電
源装置の電圧で充電され前記時限回路を駆動する
駆動コンデンサと、前記電源装置の電圧を検出し
この電圧が所定値のとき前記時限回路の始動を禁
止する第１の電圧検出回路と、前記電源装置の電
圧で充電され前記リセツトコイルを励磁する励磁
コンデンサと、この励磁コンデンサの充電電圧を
検出する第２の電圧検出回路と、この第２の電圧
検出回路の出力により駆動され前記駆動コンデン
サを前記電源装置にオンするスイツチング素子と
