トロール入力端子ＤＴに、コンデンサと抵抗の直
列回路と前記コンデンサに並列に接続したスイツ
チ素子と、このスイツチ素子を前記入力直流電圧
が所定電圧より低下した時オンに駆動し前記コン
デンサの充電電荷を放電させる駆動回路とで構成
されるソフトスタート回路を接続したことを特徴
