、前記可動ターゲツトの位置を検出するターゲツ
ト位置検出器と、前記可動ターゲツトを駆動し電
子ビームの軌道に出し入れするターゲツト駆動回
路と、あらかじめ設定された放射線種に応じてタ
ーゲツトを駆動するための信号を前記ターゲツト
駆動回路に出力し、選択された放射線種により設
定されるべき位置に可動ターゲツトがあるかを前
記ターゲツト位置検出器からの信号により判断し
、選択された放射線種とターゲツト位置とが一致
しない場合と、前記ターゲツト位置検出器の故障
の場合と、前記ターゲツト駆動回路の故障の場合
とのうち少なくとも1個が発生したときは、放射
線の照射を禁止させる制御器とを備えて成ること
