Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ポンプケーシング内にポンプランナが回転
    可能に支持され、ポンプの少なくとも片側端面に
    おいてポンプケーシング１と吸込み用および吐出
    し用接続短管７，８を備えたケーシングカバー６
    との間に制御板５が配置され、この制御板５が少
    なくともそれぞれ一つの入口開口１３および出口
    開口１４，１５を有しており、その入口開口１３
    がケーシングカバー６と制御板５との間に形成さ
    れ吸込み接続短管７に連通する吸込み室９の範囲
    に配置され、出口開口１４，１５が同様にケーシ
    ングカバー６と制御板５との間に形成され吐出し
    接続短管８に連通し吸込み室９に対して圧力密に
    仕切られている吐出し室１１の範囲に配置されて
    いる液体リングポンプにおいて、圧縮されたガス
    と一緒に押し出される作動液体の一部が吐出し室
    １１を通つて吐出し接続短管８に至る途中で、そ
    の流れ方向（矢印２１）が少なくとも吐出し室１
    １において少なくとも一個所で同様に吐出し室１
    １を通つて吐出し接続短管８に流れるガスの流れ
    方向（矢印２２）に対して直交し従つて作動液体
    がガス流と交差するように、転向させられること
    を特徴とする液体リングポンプ。 (2) 制御板５の出口開口１４，１５から吐出し
    接続短管８の開口１０までの途中に、この吐出し
    接続短管８の開口１０を軸方向に部分的に覆う少
    なくとも一つの案内体１６が、吐出し室１１内に
    おいてケーシングカバー６に設けられていること
    を特徴とする請求項１記載の液体リングポンプ。 (3) もう一つの案内体１７が設けられ、両方の
    案内体１６，１７が互いに半径方向に間隔を隔て
    て対向して位置し軸方向に重なり合わずに吐出し
    室１１内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求
    項２記載の液体リングポンプ。 (4) 一方の案内体１６がケーシングカバー６の
    壁６ａに一体成形され、ケーシングカバー６の制
    御板５に隣接する側に配置された他方の案内体１
    ７が別個の構造部品としてケーシングカバー６に
    設けられていることを特徴とする請求項２記載の
    液体リングポンプ。 (5) 案内体１７が帯板状に形成され、ケーシン
    グカバー６における軸方向に延びる保持スリツト
    １９，２０の中にはめ込まれることを特徴とする
    請求項４記載の液体リングポンプ。 (6) 案内体１７が弾性合成樹脂帯板として形成
    され、その長さが保持スリツト１９，２０の底面
    間の直線距離よりも幾分短いことを特徴とする請
    求項５記載の液体リングポンプ。
